If they resume filing, I might take a chance on it but I'm not sure that's going to happen, seems more likely they may be winding down here instead. Its one of their only remaining assets, so it could still be sold... but.... with Shkreli's name connected to it, it's kind of tainted and would be risky for anyone to use in a merger IMO.

Wonder who has been buying this lately, two of the highest volume days ever have been in the last several days...?? I dont see anything happening, Phoenixus AG and all its subs have filed for BK and are selling off their assets. There are no company officers left here, Anne Kirby resigned and Robert Stubblefield is now the new CFO of Lottery.Com. The 10Q is quite late and they will be banished to Expert, unless they file in time, within the next 30 - 60 days I believe.

The volume is interesting but buying also seems pretty dangerous as well.

Saw in the latest Q Phoenixus has filed for bankruptcy.

I saw in the latest Q FINRA is not letting them change the name of the company to Rovida Therapeutics, does not sound like there is any recourse left either.......any merger or acquisition would likely be blocked by FINRA as well.....not many options left here but to sell this or give up on it completely.

The Company appealed FINRA’s determination to a subcommittee of FINRA’s Uniform Practice Code Committee, and on July 28, 2022, the Company’s appeal was denied by such subcommittee. As a result, the Corporate Actions will not be implemented, and given the appeal decision, the Company anticipates that it will take no further action on the Corporate Actions at this time.

You seem to follow cytodyn closer than I do even though I also own that stock, some boards get to busy with no relevant info, I get the impression they are working the HIV thing in other countries that are not completely bought off by BigPharma to shut any HIV drug down in USA.

I also think that cytodyn will start pushing other uses more now with a little cash they have, will issue more shares to pay off samsaung or give them some ownership, either way working on a deal with samsung should be looked at positively. Even though I dont think samsung wants ownership as that may conflict with other drug companies they do work for, also assuming samsung runs into this situation all the time so they will just negotiate good terms for the debt.

The vibe I'm getting from CytoDyn...which is really difficult to read right now...is that their HIV push is really faltering. I have a suspicion any talk of HIV is going to slowly be pushed under the covers. The BLA filing looks more and more distant....if at all.

Is it one mans trash is another mans treasure? This company made a bet that cydy has good medical tech and its going to sell in the U.S. market. When that happens regnum will expand into a real company which will easily move the stock price/market value. Like fishing, we are waiting for the fish to come along.

regnum is doing everything they can to keep this clean pink current shell ready. that alone may offer some downside risk. It should be worth it for them to keep this shell alive.

Even if cydy takes too long to get trough the fda this company can pivot to do a deal with other companies because they have lots of Authorized Share upside, low number outstanding, a parent company with money and resources to throw at the right project/product.

Good find, lots of those guys out there who invent or cure and then they go away because if it is real and works the big companies buy them off. We saw the scam BigPharma ran on the world with covid & the fake vax that doesnt work, they eliminated other drugs that worked like ivermectin, stopped and slowed ANY trials for covid cures (hundreds of companies had things to help covid never made it past phase 1 at the compromised fda), and they are still going strong after failed trial data and safety problems. Really amazing what a $ billion dollars can buy a company >> monopoly.
Auto and gas industry bought up all the patients and inventions of hydrogen engines and any other engine that did not run on gas. They wanted to keep cars running on gas to preserve the business. Funny how the fake green energy movement is pushing past the resistance gas companies are putting up.

Overall on regnum, they can last a long time as they have cash to survive over a year, can easily get more money if they need to really expand a project, if they continue to keep them pink current I believe they will use this shell for something as there are alot of other drugs in Europe/Israel/Australia that need a small entry company into USA.
CYDY should be able to push through their delays and get back on track, problem is how long will that take,
Now regnum only has 7 months left on that agreement so it will need to be renewed for a longer time. Because of the shorter time left I dont think regnum will invest alot into staff or marketing if they dont have a longer term agreement so they can see returns on their investments. Need to watch for this new agreement as this will tell if cydy is confident in their drug. From that they will provide regnum the inside info that it is real/works, otherwise regnum will not renew if the drug is not good.

downside is regnum parent/owner decides to let this current shell go dormant and write off the money invested. (I dont see this happening as a clean shell is easy to work with)

Looks like he got almost $1M to perform proof-of-concept for basically an effective *CURE* for HIV. Think about that....not a treatment...but a CURE. If this works in the animal studies it could hopefully evolve into Phase I/II/III studies.

Everyone keeps talking about market share for treatment of MDR groups....How about the whole enchilada putting all the HIV treatment BP companies out of the market. And RGMP still has an agreement with CYDY for HIV treatment marketing/distribution/etc.

They can always resell it if it does not work out, to another company to be used in a reverse merger, just as Wookey did. Clean shells with this kind of share structure, with an extremely high insider ownership % will always have value. They have plenty of cash on hand to maintain their filings until they located a merger as well.

Even as an empty shell, with no prospects, its still well worth this price IMO, there are shells out there with FAR higher share structures than this, trading at much higher prices than this.

Even more rumblings that CytoDyn is shifting from HIV to oncology/NASH.

Please keep in mind that the last agreement that Regnum had with CytoDyn was lead by the former CEO Nader Pourhassan. Not sure if the current BOD are continuing to nurture that relationship/agreement.

Looks like CytoDyn's HIV effort has fizzled out with all HIV study patients put on other therapies and the BLA timeline reevaluated. Other continuing indication research/development (e.g. cancer, NASH, etc) doesn't have any distribution partners lined up that I'm aware of.

Liked the $1,500,000 loan from owner to support this project, shows commitment.
They could have bailed on this anytime if cydy didnt have anything. I assume they had some good meetings with cydy to have confidence to continue spending money on this project.

Yes, very serious, one second we were walking around Walmart just fine....and the next she collapsed and was unconscious for a couple minutes. By the time EMS and the fire dept got there, she was starting to feel better and was able to stand up and walk again but it was a very scary situation...... and there is no doubt in my mind it's a reaction from the booster, as the problems started at the same time.

We waited about 6 months after the vax came out to get it, honestly we didn't really want too but the fear mongering in the media was reaching epic proportions, showing people on their death beds, dying of COVID, crying 'I wish I would have got the vaccine'......so we finally broke down and got it.

Now were paying the price for it, literally, just the EMS response yesterday is going to be $650 and she was not even transported to the hospital.

two yrs ago we had the Big Covid Drug rush, this year is going to be the big drug rush to correct all the side effects from the mass vax campaign. that is why pfizer is buying up heart companies and immune support drug companies. they have been creating a whole new customer base for the next problems.

Oh, I know, my wife has been having major side effects from the Pfizer booster. She was fine for the first two shots but since the day of the booster has been very ill, some kind of immune response symptom, one that they don't tell you about, that apparently over 140K women have had.

She collapsed and passed out at Walmart yesterday, thankfully I caught her before she hit the ground.... and there happened to be a nurse shopping who was right there and called EMS for us, her pulse dropped to 40 bpm......very scary stuff as she has never fainted before in her life.

Extension Filed for Annual Report, looking at the legal, professional, general expense dollars for 2021 in this filing I would assume that they are going to keep this current and make something happen with this shell and the HIV drug license.
