If ever there was a reason for shareholders of a "publicly traded company" to file a class action lawsuit against a company's managerial actions; this seems like the case.

Quiet period: YES Big things coming? I don't have insider knowledge, but it doesn't appear that they are selling any of their products. I am getting the feeling that management is giving it the ol "college try" but nothing is taking off. Given their awful balance sheet with liabilities eclipsing assets in every way possible, mixed with no revenue means they will not survive. They will probably dilute shares to get as much money as they can and close up shop. I don't hold out much hope for RGGI. Just a hunch, I'm a shareholder, but wish I weren't.
