dead/defunct don't get updated,also a month ago top 50 debt share holders were listed on dj market wire news (only debt was $1600.00)

Some companies update otcmarkets on a near daily basis, while others update monthly or every few months. Don't see this as indicative of a catalyst. By my recollection, otcmarkets has been regularly updating RAGL since July 2018. At that time it was listed at about 11 M O/S

Would like some type of news to send this upward. Not sure if anything is happening here, unless someone could post level 2?
