There are two different Qoil's. Iridge acquired Qoil.jp in Japan and took it private. This Qoil merged with Skycom the first of this year. Supposed to be news this quarter?? 🤔 That's my understanding.....?

Yeah, going to be tough to get that CE removed. The smart thing to do is NOT reverse split the stock.

QOIL probably fighting to get CE off. I dont like the share structure. They paid for OTCM filings, strange.

Its deemed Current. And somebody is paying the OTCM filing fee.

The CE is Caveat Emptor designation placed by OTC Markets. It makes it very difficult to buy. Something in the past history triggered OTCM to give it a CE. Very hard to get removed, but becoming current is one of the steps.

Oh wow people still around Quest Oil? I thought it went away a long time ago?

I can't find anything that puts together qoil and skycom.

I've had this stock since 2009. It immediately went tits up. Lost my ass. Since then, it has always said that I have $2.98 worth of the stock. Thursday, 1.3 million shares were traded and it said that I had $29.89 worth. Never happened before. The next day it was back to $2.98. Anyone wanna speculate why that would be?

If you're talking about 5g broadband Internet.......AT&T has inked agreements with ASTS spacemobile for cell/Internet service for dead zones across the world. They just had their first 5 Satillite go up on Wednesday. Is Sky com something similar?

Sky Com will be merging into QOIL THE company has license with Verizon ATT and T-Mobile to provide in debt satellite delivery for areas that are not quite served and including the entire United States.
