I surmise the public PowerLinx Inc. was abandoned and the private PowerLinx Inc. was able to obtain the name.

I received an email reply back from Powerlinx, where I questioned the link between them and the PWNX ticker. They reiterated the same thing I was saying about them being a private company.

We are a private company, therefore we don't have a ticker nor any relationship with the public company you are mentioning.

There are a few stocks with revoked registrations that have successfully reregistered with the SEC via a FORM 10.....an infinitesimally detailed Filing. Examples are provided at the end of the 1st linked post.

PWNX was suspended in a suspension sweep in 2015. (2nd link)
However, although PWNX was severely delinquent in their Financials reporting the SEC did not include an ADMIN. Proceeding to revoke the company's stock registration(s).

According to OTC Markets no-one has been able to contact the company, and there has not been any news or disclosures since 2007. (3rd link)

It can be presumed the company folded and disappeared before or after the SEC Suspension, and unless the company files a FORM 10 to reregister with the SEC, which is quite unlikely, the company will remain on the Grey Market until FINRA deletes the symbol as an illiquid/inactive security.

Have you ever and I mean ever seen a stock come back from revocation? Guy on this board suggesting just that. Can you please weigh in.

This could be as simple as a mistake in the name, as I see that on all their 8-Ks where the name is not spelled out in all caps like in their Q and K filings, their name is PowerLinx Inc. Not Powerlinx Inc.

Such minor differentiations in a company's name are not unusual when a cursory glance is done. But a more in depth search finds things that don't make sense. Like seeing that Powerlinx is a private company.

As a courtesy to the board, I've written an email to Powerlinx asking them to clarify the question of whether they're indeed a private company as Linkedin states or the grey sheet ticker that got suspended for not filing their financials.

I'll post whatever reply I get.

You need to address the issue of it being shown as a private company.

Doron Cohen is the current CEO. He's also a founder of the company.

I have seen OTC markets reverse Caveat Emptor, Shell advisories.... everything... Once real information comes to life. This stock is not even on stocktwits yet, let alone anything else..

The float on this is so thin, which is why my team has been unable to purchase more shares.. The only reason that I am talking about this stock this early is because I told my Twitter followers I would give them something awesome over a week ago... And I know that I owe them an answer, even if my team can't even buy shares.
Business is business.

Going forward I know I need to be more reserved in sharing my DD and my teams investments... This is a one off.

They have been delinquent for over 7 years.

PWNX is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

Since Jan 1st, 2010 the SEC has suspended over 1290 stocks for Financials delinquencies. All of those Suspended stocks had their stock registrations revoked.

Shareholders should contact the company and pressure the Mgmt to file their delinquent Financials because ALL shareholders would be wiped out IF the SEC suspends the stock.

Hmmm...Island Stock was last known T/A, and that 4-6 million o/s figure was from several years ago. Could be in the tens of millions by now. PWNX was also the subject of fake news on the board a few years back as well. Company and its people all have disappeared. Maybe the action is setting up for another scam run? The weird thing here is that it sometimes trades as if there are 5 million o/s and sometimes it trades like it has 50 million o/s!

Gotta love these!
