and 20,000,000 PTEL shares in its original form...in 2010...though, I did think about Starlink, Golden Dome and ODEN back then and over the years...before there was a SPACEX.

The Company is continuing to review new strategic mineral project opportunities.
Placement
The Company completed a private placement to sophisticated investors and existing key shareholders to
raise $600,000 (before costs) at $0.03 per share, issuing 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares under its
existing placement capacities.
Funds raised from the Placement will enable Ragusa to support priority exploration works at the Purple
Pansy Manganese-Gold Project, assess potential new project acquisitions and for corporate and general
working capital requirements.

From Ragusa:

On the PP project, the manganese looks promising from the sample results and we’re hoping the IP will delineate some good targets for drilling.

The ptel transaction was a bit more messy than we expected, thus taking longer to complete, but that’s all looking good also.

800 million X 9% = 72 million, 800 million - 72 million = 728 million X 2 for 1 = 1.456 billion. 72 million + 27.6 million = 99.6 million and change. Lets call it 100 million.

Have to consider ....

PTEL acquired all the assets and liabilities of MMX...

SREH built the MMX app. Asset/liability? SREH was a mining holding company? China Granite? They spit out cash and share divvy's, also bought a Gold Mine in Central America before R/S's twice and becoming ABVG. Might have been a car dealership in there somewhere also.

Although, I think it was a Thursday cold and wet in Michigan, that a Nasdaq Ready was tagged with 8000 shares and my SREH divvy's went "Poof" for my 2 cents. Since, it appears the SEC has stuck a fork in the Nasdaq Ready for lack of finding someone to claim ownership. It was at 20.4 million shares about the same size PTEL once was.

Have to wonder if something can rise from the depths of Davy Jones Locker ...

Well...

My understanding ...

Tony D...surrendered all the ENTI restricted that was at ENTI to PTEL...2.4 OR 2.5 billion.

Those share could have come from anywhere...

300,000,000 of them were bought out as listed...of the 3.51 billion..maybe they have a destination.

All I know is I have over 100,000 of the $2.10 PTEL in one account, from a Zecco account that was merged with TradeKing and then acquired by Ally. Zecco sold $275,000,000.00 in assets to Ally is my understanding prior to the Merger Acquistion to Ally. Those of my PTEL dont dance well in this price range.

Something about a dropped call with the DTCC over some ENTI shares.

Maybe the 600k will help with moving them ...seems a little lite to me after almost 16 years.

Seems like shares also can only be handled via a FINRA registered broker/dealer...

So, possible some fuzzy foriegn stuff might be bailing before their shares get axed...by the SEC.

there is some urgency to finish that FINRA approved corporate action... and or reset agreement ...

seems after 14,751,308,020 1:1 is filled, and Blue Bull is filled, your left with the question of 2,028,668,505 after 300,000,000 legacy shares were bought out..

I suppose you could do a 100:1 to get back to the original 20,000,000 PTEL pre-MMX, before going back dark .

that said ...there might be a cleanup on aisle 9 needed, of 28,668,505 shares might be less, maybe more... Thomas only approved 15 Billion

However a 15,051,308,020 on 19,990,000,000 is a 75% share reduction...Multiple multipliers if Blue Bull Venture BV Inc Spins as listed, and the 300,000,000 legacy shares are also actionable.

Tic_Toc ....wait and see... Though 51,308,020 + 28,669,505 + 20,000,000 = 99,997,525...

Quarterly filed. Not much change. Little debt, little income. 616 benefitial owners, over 10 million in stock equity. Things going on.

Notables: 1). 300,000,000 legacy shares removed were that of Anthony DeBiase. 2). Who initiated the filling of the form 15-12g.

Now with 616 beneficial holdings and 10 million stock equity. Form 15 seems out place.

What are they trying to do? 🤔
