They didn't wait till the 11th hour, this is a reverse merger announced in June. Surprised they got it all done in time. I imagine shortly after Pink Current, the expansion plans will be announced. Looking forward to it.

Restated financials. AR $2.2m higher. NI lower due to one-time charge of $1.5m due to reclass of temp notes payable, so $2.3m NI. If not for the one-time charge, would be $3.8. Nothing major. A good chunk of the $4m "other revenue" is CARES act incentives.

What's interesting is this piece of text that was in all the financials just possibly glossed over but important: "Company has immediate plans to go nationwide." -- Should expect some nice news coming. Going from regional to nationwide, immediate plans! Will be holding this for a while.

It looks like they have provided to OTC Markets Group what is needed for Pink Current status. Their financials are not audited so they need to provide a signed Attorney Letter. Pink Current status requires two years and not just one year of financials as with Pink Limited.

Do you know what is needed to get Pink Current? When I search them in Edgar, I find nothing. But the same is true for some other Pinks that do show as current in OTC markets.

Yessir $1 minimum. With this float we can rip to $3-5 pretty easily. Looking forward to seeing 2021 financials + future acquisitions.

The net income divided by outstanding shares equals approx .21 cents per share. Now if we give this a very low earnings per share ration of just 5x which is low for this industry, this should have a value of at least $1.00 per share right now imho.
A reasonable 10x earnings ratio would equate to $2.00 per share. And many in this industry have a higher ratio than that.
Plus this company is showing nice year over year growth and profitability

Financials out! 18m shares outstanding in the new entity. 15m belonging to the CEO. Floats TINY just under 900,000. Almost 4m in Net Income 2020.

I’m hoping to get some below .10 next week before it becomes a “sell only” stock through most brokers till its fully reporting.

Look at the last 10-k Annual filing made by EGXP (now PRMD ) many many years ago. The insiders owned about 1.5 million of the 3 million outstanding shares. They could not have sold many or any shares over those years because almost no shares traded (very little). Now did the former EGXP insiders turn over their shares as part of this deal to PRMD execs in exchange for taking over the shell or did the former insiders get paid for the shell and still get to keep their shares? I would think the new leadership would likely have to get those shares. Thats why I am eager to see filings to see how the deal was structured. Either way the float is super thin at 3 million outstanding. If the new execs got the shares, its unlikely they would be selling any anytime soon as they want to control majority of stock. That would mean the effective float may only be about 1.5 million shares. Micro thin .
This has potential to blow up far more than folks might imagine

I dont buy the 8 million revenue figure. Sites like konaequity dont have the real numbers. They usually pull this from credit agencies who are usually way off or outdated. With at least 9 locations and maybe more , my guess and its just a guess is that they might do roughly 3 to 5 million per location each year. I guess if they do a financial filing with the SEC , that should give us the real number. Im guessing its much higher that 8 mil. My guess would be $25 to 50 million. If they made a small profit of just 300k per year (it could be more or it could be a loss) , 300k with our small float and a low price per earnings ratio could mean a much higher share price. Now maybe it will show they lose money but I doubt it. Most medical clinics make a fortune. I guess they make at least $300k profit and that could be really low. We shall see. Go PRMD !
