Interesting. The highly respected NYSE isn't nearly the same thing as the rather crappy NYSE American. The later was known as the American Stock Exchange many years ago. It is very confusing and a lot of scammy stocks intentionally muddle the two.

Read the comments when buyers learn the company is heading to BK. Their reviews were never good but much worse lately. Read them yourself. They're dated.

February 29 2024 - 04:03PM

Polished.com Inc. (the “Company” or “Polished”) (NYSE American: POL) has suspended its operations. These steps followed a comprehensive review by the Company’s Board of Directors of available strategic alternatives, and upon consultation with the members of the Company’s management, with the assistance of the Company's legal and financial advisors. The Company anticipates filing a case under the provisions of Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code as soon as practicable.

As recently disclosed, following the Notice of Acceleration from its lenders earlier this month, the Company was working to reach a resolution with its lenders and exploring multiple paths to obtain additional financing to sustain operations. Despite working aggressively to raise capital and improve its liquidity position, the Company was unable to obtain additional financing.

The company issued a statement about having no clue
That is par for the course
The chart reflects a 1 for 50 in October that reduced the float from 100 million to 2 million
My assumption is company officials and insiders who invested in this money losing business prior to going public have been steadily dumping shares to hapless retail and equally dumb hedge fund idiots who never bothered to thoroughly vet this charade

Could go either way. Tpst held up for example at about a 3rd of its peak after running for 2 days... this might run to 7-10 ++ pre market and crash by 10am or it may rip hard at open and run 15+... To me it's a pump and dump so I think it'll rip between 4am and 7am then tank....

I was itching to load the warrants, they tanked from .0079 to .0020 by eod. Ima keep my eyes on those... if this continues to rip then the warrants can break .01 easy peasy but they are on otc so 930am. Plenty of time to decide

Lol looks like anyone shorting either covered or is about ready to cry.... no signs of weakness yet.... I think shorting is just as dirty a practice as pumping if not worse... it's as if one targets the other back and forth lol... I can't believe this ticket rocketed from 1s to 10s... this was fantastic.... and it held stronger than the warrants which made a similar move to .0080 before dumping back to a 160% gain
