Pulse Seismic Inc. Announces Voting Results at Shareholders' Annual General Meeting

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - May 22, 2014) - Pulse Seismic Inc. (TSX:PSD) (OTCQX:PLSDF) ("Pulse" or the "Company") announced today the voting results from its annual meeting held in Calgary, Alberta on May 21, 2014. Each of the nominee directors listed in the Company's management proxy circular dated March 31, 2014 was elected as a director, with a vote being conducted by ballot:

The "Say on Pay" shareholder advisory vote on Pulse's approach to executive compensation was also approved by approximately 95% of the votes cast.

With the retirement of Graham Weir from the Board, effective May 21, 2014, the Board includes a new independent director, Mrs. Karen El-Tawil.
