I see it the opposite, just think when the filings hit in June, peeps be crying cuz they can't buy, but the insiders and MM's will be scooping up 1's and 2's on many tickers imo

I can't see all these CE and stop sign companies who spent all that time and money to become a tradable ticker are going to let the SEC cut them off from trading or being revoked...you'd think all they have to do is start filings of some sort to keep alive.

Always a possibility I am willing to entertain. But it seems to me that people are more likely to be dumping their shares while they can. Even though the brokers are stressing that we cant buy these tickers anymore, that also means that there will not be buyers so 'liquidating sales' will be near impossible come may 25th IMO. We had a few days of major share dumping when the purchase ban was announced

45mill Vol here today, perhaps someone knows something? And yes hard to say which will go current when they have no recent filings. I am a bag holder here from back in 2017-18 so gonna let her ride! May 21 is last day to buy CE tickers with TDA, and June 30 is SEC deadline, I bet we see a boat load of lazy stop sign and CE tickers turning in their homework late, right up till June 30 SEC filing deadline.

Ide still shy away from PGPM, it cant even pay a fee to the state to keep its name, yet alone become current and explain everything it did 5 years ago that put them under the CE in the first place. I think what youre saying will happen with some tickers, just not this one

That's a good thing IMO, We may have more tickers to shop in the .000 range, if they all become current. If they can't pay don 't play IMO

Caveat Emptor, the one's with the skull and crossbone Icon that no broker allows buying accept TDA who stops allowing buying of CE tickers after May 21....SEC Filings deadline is June 30 so many stop sign and CE tickers will have filings late June B4 June 30 deadline
