As long as the 13.5M Alpha note stays on the UR and doesnt go into the DTC all at once, this will fly when they start updating company progress with Spectrochip and their novel psilocybin pipeline ready for trials. Not to mention sector wide Psilocybin FDA rescheduling news.

This has been getting loaded BIG TIME, someone/something is absorbing the debt dumping by Trillium, and now they are out of shares completely.
Audited financials starting at the beginning of June, which is a requirement for uplist
They stated OTCQX uplist end of Q2 (maintain .25 minimum bid for 30 days to uplist) shortly following their audit.
They have the financial backing with private placements of millions of $$.
They have Mayo Clinic experts waiting for the IND approval of PUR102 to start conducting the clinical trials.
They have the licenses, they have the proper facilities to commercialize...
Ticker symbol change(fresh chart) will be announced when the time is right.
All the old management is gone.
The only overhang is the last of the legacy debt, the Alpha note to convert. But it looks like for now, they will be riding that investment with Purminds.
If Purminds and its big donors can somehow pull off a debt swipe with Alpha, with some of that $$ pipeline and throw the 13.5M shares back into the treasury or restrict them for a year or 2... this will be unstoppable.
Right news, right time and skies the limit on only 18M DTC float.
IMO, this will make a couple current shareholders millions$$, whoever has been loading the boat at .035-.05 will be the deciding factors on how high this goes. Lets hope they hold those shares tight and slow leak them out.

I da shitter….most of the early stock in this shitshow was issued by John Graham Simmonds who is now serving an (8) year bid in federal prison in Canada for fraud….with another criminal matter charges “stayed”….

It was ALL restricted legend stock, which means it is asswipe unless the company decides to register it via a registration “event”…

With the stock playing handball against the curb, this is unlikely / never going to happen.

I would not so much as touch this company since the company head John Simmonds walked off with 11.3 millions dollars from Wireless Age Communications and left investors with nothing. Mr. Simmonds should make full amends for the loses those investors have suffered !!!
