This platform is pretty laim. If you guys had any balls/real money you would band together like Reddits wsb and put your money where you mouths are. They are a platform of true patriots. Well at least we know management has no

Spent 12 years here as management was silent besides a few BS letters from time to time. PERT is and was a failed company from day one. Hoping this is all optics. From the court filing it's looking like old management reached out to Moody and tried to find a resolution to regain the company. IMO it's pretty reasonable Moody would agree to work this out with them, and makes him seem more professional. Custodians are supposed to help shareholders regain some value from abandoned companies, but looks like this one had management that wanted to come back in the picture.

I just spoke to old management, big things are coming. Appears Moody will work with previous management on new deal. This is getting more interesting. I am in no rush. Patience always rewards me handsomely!

looks like he did abandon it but his name is still on the SOS, probably til its officially terminated. But IMO current mgt is in the process of doing their own merger. Also since it was reinstated, they would have to pay Moody for that Im sure. they arent gonna do that just to let it sit. Im adding down here.
