Oxford Bank Names Eugene A. Mallia Assistant Vice President

Oxford, Mich., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oxford Bank, a
subsidiary of Oxford Bank Corporation (OTC:OXBC) (BULLETIN BOARD:
OXBC) , announced today the promotion of Eugene A. Mallia to
assistant vice president. Mr. Mallia's appointment was official in

Mr. Mallia's responsibilities include the supervision of its card
services department, which consists of credit cards, debit cards,
stored-value cards and merchant services programs. In addition, he
has overseen all facilities management for the Bank since the first
quarter of this year, and has performed the duties of bank security
officer since 2008. A 17-year employee of the Bank, Mr. Mallia
first assumed management of Oxford Bank's merchant services
function in 1996, followed by the oversight of credit card
offerings in 1999. In 2005, he added debit and ATM cards after his
promotion to card services manager upon the creation of the Bank's
new card services department. Mr. Mallia was appointed bank officer
in December of 2002. Prior to joining Oxford Bank, he was the
manager of ATM services for Michigan National Bank. A Leonard,
Michigan resident, Mr. Mallia has an associates degree in
criminology from the Miller Motte Technical College, as well as
diplomas from the Robert M. Perry School of Banking and the Robert
M. Perry School of Lending at Central Michigan University. He is
also the former president of the Village of Leonard and as the past
chairman of PolyAnn Trailway Management Council. Oxford Bank
