You're missing the fact that Dr.Wiess is a conman. All he could say, when I called his cell number and confronted him, was "call me tomorrow."

OVI-123 was fungus that literally grew on cow manure.
OVI-117 was a bust as well.

So much for curing colon-cancer.

Whether on not a stock can come back from the grey market is a moot point for $OVIT. There has to be someone trying to bring it back. In this case (as well as for COHG, CHME, and ZHUD, and others I'm not invested in) OMNI has thrown in the towel and asked the court to rescind the Custodian request.

This (and the others) is most likely a dead ticker, never to be heard from again.

Please don't think I'm bashing the stock to buy more, this one going down on its own. Between the 4 tickers, I've lost close to $35k. That's why I spread my money around and never YOLO a ticker.

If you look at the court case for OVIT, Omni has withdrawn the petition for custodianship. Similar withdrawals happened to other stocks they were trying to acquire.
The website is down.
The Twitter account is down.
It was posted on one of the other stock message boarda that Omni responded to a shareholder that they have given up on the process.

If an expert market security submits all filing tomorrow, they can be quoted the next day after review. This list is updated daily to FINRA. Do your homework before making assumptions. This amendment to the new rules happened on 9/17, its why I held everything

OminCorp failed to secure the reverse shell merger of OVIT, due to Dr.Alexander Weis, CEO not willing to sell even 1 share for a profit. He's still claiming to cure colon cancer with OVI-123, which he lost that patent on and even then, it was knly a fungus that grew on cow flop/patties! If you call Dr.Wies and ask him a direct question, all he'll see is..."Call me back tomorrow." as is something is in progress, then if you call him back the very next day, he'll say the same thing, "call me back tomorrow..."

Good work and thanks for following back up. I dont see how the SEC can control their destiny if their are transparent rules and policies to follow and OMNI abides by them.

Reverse mergers occur all the time; its great to hear that that OMNI is committed to seeing this through and hopefully its just a timing issue.

I was able to get an email reply. They told me that they have the SEC breathing all over them but they are still working hard. Unable to give any details though, appears any updates will come in real time as they happen and they can't say anything prior to that. Idk if that helps, but they at least do reply to their corporate email account. I'm still in their tickers......but it's hard some days, ha

Maybe if we were highly educated and woke, liberal lawyers, we'd be able to comprehend the details of the case. Does anyone dare to contact Omni corp to call and ask them the details, the details of darkness...

Thanks for sharing; but it appears rather confusing as to what really happened. Was the Petition accepted on 6/1; but they still didnt have the court hearing and it was vacated on the 2nd attempt (both 5/28 and 6/1)?

I am fairly new to reverse mergers myself but yes I have been involved in a bunch of them. I have made money but the key is to know when to sell.

I cannot tell you whether you should buy more or if you will make money.

I can tell you I am long and hoping for good things.

These reverse mergers take time before and after the merger. Before because the custodian has to go through the courts to get control and then find a buyer. Then after it's sold it takes time to see what the incoming company is going to do.
