OMVE is severely delinquent in filing their Financials and corporate filing obligations to the SEC. On Feb. 20, 2015 the SEC suspended 8 stocks from the Delinquent SEC Filers list, and it is likely that more delinquent Filers will be suspended.

This is the worst chart I've ever seen. Omni ventures is the biggest scam I've ever heard of. What's their plan with marijuana I'm hearing about? No more denim I'm guessing. No more space technology. Hemp now? Is the president still a Russian drug lord?

Wish them luck, but look like a waste to me. Hope I'm wrong.
