The ceo himself resigned called it a scam and a pump and dump said he was not even aware of the press release when it was put out. Investigation will commence immediately. The original PR states they will sell preferred shares to raise enough cash to buy the 1.7 Billion. With the ceo not even on board we know this plan was a complete fraud. No money will be raised and whoever was paid to release the PR will go to prison.

heay do what u want I posted earlier that I sold, if I knew it was going into .37s I would have waited but news looked to fishy to me, so took my profit, I entered on the change of control in filings, I hoped for real news but take what u get, I have nothing to do with any thing except good timing, missed out on 20k yesterday that MMs gave to someone else, damm looking for another low floater to repeat this might have found it starting a position there with profits from here
