It’s looking good real company real revenues. The float is 15 million and 212 million outstanding. Lots of stock is held by insiders. I am surprised that more people aren’t piling in! I guess the like stocks will trip 000s and huge share counts! I am just sitting back and watching where this stock goes slow and steady

Sweet. AES acquisition -> For the year ended December 31, 2023, AES had $23,235,048 in gross revenue and a net profit of $1,655,613;

I did have a hard time deciphering the conversion rate but didn’t look very long. 20/1 is what I am thinking but that may not be the right class.

Based on the press release and the deal worked with preferred vs common makes me think it will go. Should reduce the OS by 250mil. Then add revenues etc… I see the writing on the wall.
I have a hard time letting go. It’s a personal issue. It affects my trading. But I can at least see the other side of things. Good luck

Merger is completed and they acquired a company with real earnings and cash flow positive. Reduced shares outstanding! Real revenues not garbage! Read the facts not hype!
