So SBQ Holdings have a very nice website and explain everything they are doing and also list the Verano Palace rental property as being there's and Masterbeat Corps. So what the hell is going on ??? Is Masterbeat Corp still in the picture because it does own that rental....no ??? It's worth millions??? But yet the stock is shit and not trading....00001. Like is Josh waiting to bring it back to life at the right time or is it dead and done....couldn't he use that platform to raise money and get interest and keep the stock going....why let it go dormant...???? Just ranting...

You are not alone. CEO Josh used the $MSTO stockholders to fund his scheme. The way we see it is that he used the toxic lender RSO to fund his slight of hand movement by feeding him cheap stock and then turning around and selling it into the retail market. Many of us lost. He has not kept the $MSTO paperwork current. If or when the house sells it will probably be the last straw for the company. He used everyone, misrepresented his connections, hid the RSO toxic lender, and and took the company down while stuffing his pocket full of cash on the backs of the stockholders.

We have heard from countless young people who lost everything they saved ~ for one chance to get ahead. Sometime back we even chatted with CEO Josh about the destruction of his actions. Sometimes I don't get how these people go to sleep at night with a clear conscience. . Please note this is not his first time doing this. It will be interesting to see IF and WHEN he ever pops his head up again with another stock company. His RSO toxic lender is very good at the type of basement hustle.

It sounds as though your loss is costly. We wish you a speedy recovery. At some point this year we are going to step away from this chase and let the chips fall where they may. Many of us have an eye on CEO Josh. We wish you the best.

IMO not yet. We're still Expert Market here and practically zero volume. I'd love to see it go back to pink and stay at 1/2. I'd be bidding ones and buying some twos if that happened, just based on the AS remaining at 3 bil through May 29, per OTC Markets.
