TA just updated the share structure @ OTC Markets, zero dilution, even after that big volume day last Friday.
I did not expect there would be any dilution, lets just say I've seen 1 or 2 low float shell runs over the years....lol...it's just what happens when there is no material event of any kind to encourage holding, they go up as fast as they go down.

The o/s has only grown 335K shares since the r/s in 2016, that's hardly a monster dilution machine there....lol.
I said I smell monster dilution COMING. Not that it was already done.
It really all depends on why it ran in the first place, if it was a low float pump, in a private Twitter or Discord chatroom, or something, then it will probably go back to being thinly traded....and the daytraders will keep whacking, and move on to the next pump.
If it was pre-merger volume, then on an 8K, depending on whats rolling in, could be back to $2.00 in a few seconds, just like it did twice Friday.
That's just the nature of micro-floats, they can go down just as fast as they go up, at least a merger should give it more legs vs only a pump.

Yeah, traded the entire float, and then some, you dont see that very often. Question is where did the volume, on a very obscure, thinly traded shell come from??
There is no material event, almost no posts on Twitter or iHub, no stock promotional flag at OTC Markets.
There was a bit of unusual volume leading up to the big day, but certainly not huge frontloading, that you would see in a typical stock promotion.

I have no idea, be interesting to see how it plays out though.

Yeah that was nuts, shot up from .30s to $2.00 in about 45 seconds, and back down to .30s just as fast.....then got a 2nd wind and did it again, if you went to the bathroom to take a leak, you would have missed both runs....lol.
I have no clue what sparked that, volume had been increasing over the past 3 days, the avg 30 day volume had only been like 300 shares or less before that.....then just went ballistic, with well over a quarter million in dollar volume.
Hopefully there was something behind it, beyond just a low float shell play, but I have no idea, I have not found anything. If there is an RM in the works, considering the shell owners other ticker is on NASDAQ and trading @ $3.50, it should go on a more sustainable run than that....that one was like whiplash....lol.
