I am not an investor but the closure of their Nuaxess plan left all of my coworkers and family in medical debt despite paying premiums to them through the end of 2022. They claim they were defrauded with little to no evidence, but that does not absolve them of their fiduciary responsibilities as sponsors of a self-funded health plan. It's quite a deplorable situation. The company is a sham run by a sketchy individual, Frontiere, that has already had one other company ($LRDG) delisted due to inaccurate information posted about their BS covid oral sanitizers (https://www.sec.gov/files/litigation/suspensions/2020/34-89627-o.pdf). It's obvious he knows nothing about insurance if you watch his youtube interview with the biased parrot Hunter Gaylor from 6 months ago. Call their contact number listed on the recent SEC filings to hear Jessica ask if you've fallen and can't get up: (877) 465-8080. I feel like there's going to be a documentary about this story one day...

Hello, I am not an investor in this company (thankfully). However, please be aware that MMMM has not paid medical claims for hundreds (potentially thousands) of their 2022 NuAxess/OpenAxess plan participants, leaving patients such as myself, my coworkers, and my family in 10's to 100's of thousands of dollars in medical debts (each). This massive fraudulent scheme is slowly unraveling. Strangely, despite their poor financials and not meeting their fiduciary responsibilities to patients on the plan, they are now buying fringe electric racecar companies. Their lawsuits (e.g., against Acrisure and Adler Windows) are slowly failing one-by-one.
