My Etrade MGLG shares are still there, but like you TD
deemed them worthless and disappeared them just before
selling to Schwab.
Don't forget the unbelievable amount of shorts there were here.

Happen to know where any shares could be bought? TD sold all MGLG holders shares on 11/01/22 and although there is record that they were owned it still does say "sold" and deemed a "loss". Im looking for somewhere to buy more in hopes they will be bought out.

I think the key word for us is "rehabilitation of old wells"

When I type in mglg under quotes "I get no symbols found"

I get " board search:MGLG"

Yes, I believe so and MM's who sold fake, air, counterfeit shares would have to pay those shareholders too.

So if they were to buy Magellan they would have to pay us out for the stocks that we hold? Even the ones the closed as positions on our TD accounts?

Mine as well, moved from tradeking to ally. I tried to put in limit sell order but it said mglg is not a valid symbol, yet my shares are still showing on the account fine.

I just scrolled back to Jan 2015. Was Tradeking. A lot of history in those posts.

No can’t remember name anymore. Was one of brokers that would do penny stocks without restrictions. I moved when scottrade would not let me trade MGLG when all the court stuff and hijacking’s occurred. Well then Ally bought these guys and now restrict you to a penny to buy. Can still sell but not buy. So my pennies that just kinda died have gone there. And still they sit. Should really just take the loss and be done with them.

Ally???? TD did not make me move mine. They sat there until they were deemed worthless. I suspect it is a move by TD to shore up their books.

My Ally still shows my MGLG shares, valued at 12 cents. TD made me move them when they took over scottrade. Ally was called something else back then.

No brokerage company will allow margin activity in penny stocks, nor will they short them under most circumstances. Margin and shorting on a .0001 stock is ridiculous.

Well, if you had a margin account, meaning the day you sent money you could purchase without waiting 3 days for the funds to clear, or sell something then turn around and buy something else with the money, Yeah then they can use your shares to lend to shorts if you do not have a sell order on them for yourself.

No, but good idea, especially when the covering and price goes up. I have high sell good till cancel orders on the shares in my Etrade account. I had shares in both Etrade and TDafraid.
I documented the transaction ID number from TD when they took my shares.

Taxes would be enough. They are playing musical shares IMO moving shares around to cover their or their friends short azzez due to margin calls coming from all the hedges and MM's problems with
FTX collapse.

I was told that when TA Ameritrade bought out Scottrade, I signed something in the beginning(years back) that allowed TD Ameritrade to do what they are trying to do now. I do not have a copy of that, guess I will save a copy of everything I sign.
I have my 2020 taxes that showed I owned them, that is all. Enough? Thank you in advance
