Yep...granted I posted here in 2017 but the chapter 7 news is pretty old. At least 1.5+ months

Kinda a shame cause FPPP maintained the same silly size float even when it was at .02

Seems like they could’ve easily cycled through toxic debt and delayed the inevitable

I'm changing my stance..not that I was overly negative but I was indifferent...I reentered here near the days' lows and I'll keep bidding lower in case.

In my opinion the delisting was expected....to me at least and I'm playing as tho the recent blood is $ coming out that was surprised by it.
It's still a 10 million share OS which insiders hold half of. Absurdly small with potential to move around easily but we'll see...and with tax loss selling season here im simply embracing it

Agree with your points. They have a ways to go to turn it around at this point. Ultimately the interests here and there model hasn’t seemed to work so they likely need to take approach of growth through M&A.

Yea we'll see I don't pay a bit of attention to outfits "downgrading" securities if I'm leaning on my dd and I see that I usually embrace subsequent cheap prices but them delisting removes the inherent idea of them quickly running back up real swiftly and avoiding it...

Based on the share structure there was never any real fear of reverse splitting but this should further reenforce that as one way of raising a pps is to split in that direction.

And this security does have nice attributes....they're a long ways away from taking on crappy forms of funding and doing regular penny stock stuff imo.

But with their profitable quarters being due to selling assets (which is still very very impressive) rather than production, i can't help but view this as a candidate to trade rather than a candidate to load piss out of....so I'm watching but my fiscal interest is minimal at the moment

$FPP - The NYSE American exchange says it has launched proceedings to delist Fieldpoint Petroleum (FPP -4.6%) after the shares fell below its quantitative continued listing requirements.

The exchange says FPP failed to regain compliance within the maximum permitted 18-month compliance plan period.

I'm a little in the negative now but I've picked up some more to lower my cost basis. Sold half of what I had up in the $0.70s to get into PLX, I'm still watching but not looking as good as I thought it was.

I've been looking into Gold a lot lately too.

I m also very long in this stock Miss Fortune...I wait until it reaches 4 or 5 dollar...Normally I only invest in fysical gold...

I'm still holding and wish I could load more but I need to cut some losses elsewhere first. I still believe this could be reaching over $1.00 soon, IMO.

oil going positive...FPP rally time

oil just went green and bunch of other small oil stocks rallying to go positive...watch FPP rally into closr.

The 10 day average is coming up to meet the 200 day average. If we can get half way decent EIA oil numbers tomorrow to show a slower build then expected then FPP looks set up to break that 1.64 previous intraday high to move higher.

Get even more rig count drop this Friday and stage is set for possible move above $2.00+, IMO!
