E-trade allows a "worthless" ticker writeoff...if the ticker shows no activity and no value ...I plan to hold till end of Calendar year and then if still no activity nor trades and price is 0..will request that transaction to take the writeoff against my gains for the year
Not sure what Oravec or Rhonda had to gain from this..but I guess they know what they are doing scamming in the OTC...in the end Karma is a bitch..that's why i would never do something like that...too many things can come back to bite you in the end..the least of which is the authorities. Wouldn't be able to sleep at night nor walk down the street worried every time I hear footsteps behind me. Not worth it.

I'm in this until the end of the year at least...will make a determination to continue or not at that point. Hate to pay Uncle Sam tax that I don't have to on my gains holding on to super long shot like this cross-years. If by December we know nothing more on this and it's not trading..not sure there is any realistic chance at all it will come back

Imo too much has been updated for it to die , only thing I can think is they’re providing audited financials and it’s holding it up, but who knows. Their individual customers listed under Product and Services on OTCMarkets can’t be ignored there’s some multi billion and million revenue companies listed, not exactly sure what that means…nothing to do but wait no chance I’m selling.

This list of shareholders includes many large holders with Chinese company origins...e-commerce, hotel management, etc.
Perhaps this is a vehicle for all those companies to acquire capital for their operations in the US? So it's a holding group for all those chinese companies..but can't find any of them when i do a google search

Yes but if they don’t they still can many will file late… being a nightmare stock I was surprised to see some multi billion dollar companies listed with MEGH… it will be a miracle if this turned into something worthwhile

Would be nice but I’m sure Oravec has his mind on the court document that came out last week about his part in a fraudulent scheme with DOLV that dates back to 2016, the SEC is demanding the case be heard by a jury … I hope he loses his business and goes to jail he’s a POS wish I did my homework on him before now history shows anything with his name on it is doomed. Wish for a miracle.
