I've had this on my watchlist for probably 7 years or more, never seen this kind of volume. I don't see any filings, SEC or SOS, to indicate why the volume occurred, the company was taken private many years ago, then acquired back in October. Don't know if the shell itself was part of the acquisition deal or not.

Just based on what I saw with the trading action it looked very pump and dump-ish to me. Maybe an old shareholder had a bunch of shares to sell, but there was zero liquidity, so they pay a promoter a couple hundred bucks to send out an email blast...?? Seems the most likely scenario IMO, only ran for a couple minutes before it started getting dumped down hard.

I generally like speculative type plays but personally I wouldn't touch this unless I see some filings.

Hmm...unusual to see any volume here since Loud Technologies went dark a few years ago, might be nothing more then someone grabbing a few in hopes the company starts filings again but it's worth paying closer attention too.

they should get this back in the market

Yeah no kidding, absolutely fantastic well known products in the music industry. It looks like the company filed a form 15-12G back in 2009 essentially going dark or possibly went private.....not completely sure, however, it's a good one to keep an eye on for filings because if they ever do come back to life... watch out.

Its almost tempting to try and pick a few up at the bid from time to time... just in case....realistically it may never happen though.

Nice to see some news here. Still a great product with a dismal pps.

What happened to this stock? I use their products, and see advertising and good reviews in all the trade magazines. I bought the stock (my first, conventional knowledge said buy what you know) at $5.00 to $7.00. It's now .06 yet the business appears healthy and ongoing. I'm not a reader of financials, so I'm hoping someone more knowledgable can shed some light.
