Trump Establishes National Energy Dominance Council Led by Secretaries Burgum, Wright

WASHINGTON – President Donald Trump signed an executive order establishing the National Energy Dominance Council to advise the president on strategies to make the United States energy-dominant.

A White House document on the order provided to Breitbart News notes that Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum will chair the council, while Energy Secretary Chris Wright will be the vice chairman. Various cabinet and agency members will also serve on the council.

“The Council will advise President Trump on strategies to achieve energy dominance by improving the processes for permitting, production, generation, distribution, regulation, and transportation across all forms of American energy,” the White House document states.

Moreover, the Council is directed to present a strategy to Trump focused on ending bureaucratic hurdles and boosting investments in the private sector.

Ahead of the signing, a White House spokesperson said the order will also “reduce costs with respect to energy.”

Burgum and Wright flanked Trump in the Oval Office before the signing and press conference.

“This is a big deal. We have more energy than any other country, and now we’re unleashing it, to put it nicely,” Trump said ahead of signing the order. 

Burgum declared that the Biden Administration’s “war against American energy” is “officially” over as of Friday.

“The Biden administration had a whole of government approach – it would have the war against U.S. energy,” he said. “Now we need to turn that around 180 degrees and unleash that potential. We’ve got to unleash it from the Gulf of America all the way up to Alaska.” 

Burgum emphasized that America has failed to get a return on many of the “amazing resources in this country,” noting that much of the resources sit on or in public lands. 

“The Interior has 500 million acres of surface, 700 million acres of subsurface minerals, critical minerals, and, offshore–close to two billion acres,” Burgum added. “And that balance sheet is the biggest balance sheet in the world, and it’s been completely underutilized.”

Wright said Trump’s order grants the officials authority to address barriers to energy. 

“With this fantastic action from our president, we now have authority across the government to lean in to fix these problems,” he said. 

Trump also signed an executive order prohibiting federal funding for schools that enforce coronavirus vaccine requirements, which Breitbart News first reported on hours before it was signed.

I would also like to know how many entities are under Laredo. First we heard of Lustre, then Hell Creek, and Cat Creek also seems to be in there. And finally there is Erehwon and Laris and Lipson.

Damn, I missed that one 03/12/21. I got in on 01/08/21 $.07 and 01/19/21 $.06
At least those first 2 wells were a success. A good enough taste that Texakoma thinks it is worth the risk to go for another 8.
What I would love to know is the drilling schedule.

Good analysis. However, that day was a pump from a room. It traded almost no volume at $.60. I watched every tick. Anyone who bought it back then is most likely out took the tax loss. I believe this was some restricted stock that was coming off restriction for many years. Today will be a very interesting day and the rest of the week.

It seems there was a seller pushing down from $0.6 range. Probably someone holding from March 12th 2021, the dollar traded volume that day was about $6million. The high of that day was 0.59...It might take some time to churn thru $0.6...not much resistance after. This is all I see from reading the chart.

Yes, I have. I have seen probably three or four over the last 10 years. However, this time is totally different. This time could be the real one. They shoulld have real revenues earnings and free casual. The potential for significantly higher prices here is just huge. How high could it go? I have no idea 1$ 3$ 5$… time will tell.

Based on what I think should be significant free, cash flow revenue and earnings. I think this is has a potential to go much higher than a dollar. The price action is showing significant buyers in size on the bid and taking the offers. If someone is buying 100,000 shares now between .45 and $.50. they obviously think it’s going much higher. Just my opinion. Hold on for the long run
