goto page 83.
Which issuers are subject to the PCAOB and Financial Accounting Standards Board ("FASB")[2] issuer accounting support fees?
All companies that are issuers, as that term is defined in Section 2(a)(7) of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, as amended ("Act"), as of the date on which the allocation of the annual PCAOB and FASB issuer accounting support fees are set are subject to the issuer accounting support fees. Generally, Equity Issuers and Investment Company Issuers described below are assessed shares of the issuer accounting support fees greater than $0:
Equity Issuers: Publicly-traded companies with average, monthly equity market capitalization during the preceding calendar year of greater than $75 million based on all classes of common equity.
Investment Company Issuers: Entities registered under Section 8 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and issuers that have elected to be regulated as business development companies pursuant to Section 54 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 with average, monthly market capitalization or net asset value during the preceding calendar year of greater than $500 million.
The Board uses market capitalization and net asset value information from nationally-recognized market data sources

Carnelson: All anyone can see for LNKE is from the SEC Suspension on May 14th, 2012.
I'll need to peruse the I-Hub links to see what has changed. Might take a few days because I'm wrapped up doin' Christmas stuff.

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in these securities because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning the companies’ operating status, if any.
The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c2-11, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to these companies’ securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
Any broker-dealer, investor, or other person with information relating to this matter is invited to contact the Securities and Exchange Commission at http://www.sec.gov . found em on another list put out dec 21 2012 http://pcaobus.org/about/ops/documents/support%20fee/issuers_paid.pdf
my point being i think things are looking good here thats all. they are paying fees to the pcaobus so they must be doing business and have a revenue stream. its been really hard trying to figure out when/if the shares will have any value.
whats really neat is is in bold type-this means if LNKE is on this list, link energy is worth a minimum of $75,000,000.00, with the last known share structure of 14,475,321 a/s that puts a value of over $5.00 share/unit figured w minimum value of 75mil
Link Energy LLC probably worth much more i think.
GENERAL FAQS

true. dont think LNKE is suspended anymore per reinstatement.trying to be positive here, im thinking maybe something will happen in febuary 2013, just a guess though. i dont think they would reinstate the shares for no reason. plus we know some big players hold plenty of shares. the reinstatement 5/29/12 and a partial website dated 2012 gives me some hope. LNKE is a grey market listing as of now.
Investopedia explains 'Grey Market'
1. For example, if a store owner is an unauthorized dealer of a certain high-end electronics brand, the product is considered to be sold in the grey market. If the product is illegal, it would be selling on the "black market".
2. The grey market is an over-the-counter market where dealers may execute orders for preferred customers as well as provide support for a new issue before it is actually issued. This activity allows underwriters and the issuer to determine demand and price the securities accordingly before the IPO.
