this is an interesting looking stock

new's from late October 7th US..that's October 8th Australian mate..

looks like their share of the find is 50m Mcf (50 million thousand cubic feet) of natural gas ... at say $14 US per thousand cubic feet that's a potential $700m and 460,000 barrel's of oil,..at $60 per barrel thats a potential $27.6m

(actually i'm coming up with 2b 1000cf of gas from their information but that would be some crazy number man!!))

i'm looking at their interim financial report

and coming up with 96,026,660 share's o/s,which differ's from the 163,001,700 given at OTCMarket's in the Company Profile

the report states .72 cent's per share loss from a $691,392 loss..if you divide 1,as in 1 cent,by .72 you get 1.38888 share's per 1 cent loss..multiply that by 100 and you get 138.8888 share's per $1 of loss (yes,i know the Australian dollar is currently 72 cents US) ... multiply the loss of $691,392 by that number(138.888) and you get the 96,026,660 i came up with

i see they're operating at a loss,but they do have some oil and gas revenue,and their balance sheet looks healthy

Too bad that it only trade's on the grey sheets here in the US..would those technically be pirate shares?

crazy bid/ask of 0.00/99.99,but thats fairly typical for the grey's..last price 10 cents,and it last traded at 20 cents in australia at 20 cent's australian,(which is .144 US) with 20,000 volume,all at 20 cents.

Not a bad looking stock. All IMO and FWIW.
