To merge with Skybell. If you look into filings, you will find that LBAS leases space with Skybell. Cofounders of Skybell used to run LBAS. They have the other lawsuit as well.

Unfortunately the dream of getting rich off this stock is over for me.

Ive been in and out of this stock a few times for 10 years. I was hoping the lawsuit with apple would be a home run. However after reading the five decisions by the judges that the patent was "unpatentable" i dont see any way forward for this company. David Morse will say they are going to appeal the decision, but those appeals never go anywhere.
