(TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF) ("Edgewater" or the "Company"), the industry pioneer of AI-powered Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing™ technology today announced its unaudited financial results for the three months ended July 31, 2025 ("Q1 FY2026") and provided an update on recent corporate developments. All figures are in Canadian dollars and prepared in accordance with IFRS unless otherwise stated.

Management Commentary

Q1 FY2026 Business Highlights

Ecosystem & brand: Presented Spectrum Slicing benefits for managed broadband at RDK Tech Summit 2025 (London) and participated in the Silicon Catalyst Portfolio Company Update (Silicon Valley); launched a new corporate website and updated investor presentation.

Non-dilutive funding: ~C$921,000 award from FABrIC, Canada’s flagship semiconductor commercialization program, contributing to a ~C$2.4 million development project.

Talent & incentives: Granted 500,000 stock options to a consultant (vested over two years) to align with milestone execution.

Subsequent Developments (Post-quarter)

Product milestones: Completed packaging of the Company’s RF front-end; initiated prototyping of an Arm-powered AI subsystem to enhance intelligent, edge-centric Wi-Fi performance.

Q1 FY2026 Financial Summary (three months ended July 31, 2025)

As of July 31, 2025, Edgewater reported cash of $622,753 and a working capital deficiency with current assets of $909,936 and current liabilities of $1,623,803. For the quarter, the Company recorded a net loss of $359,956 (basic and diluted loss per share: $0.002; 237,879,348 weighted-average shares outstanding), driven by operating expenses of $359,736—including G&A of $267,460 and product development of $68,113—partially offset by $72,060 of other income related to eligible FABrIC program costs. Results also reflect a non-cash change in fair value of convertible debentures of $58,469; current convertible debentures were $480,800 at quarter-end. All figures are in Canadian dollars and unaudited. How long will this take I wonder.

One possibility is to raise share price above the warrant exercise price (.08) in last offering so these people purchase the shares. That offering was in December and raised about $1.9 mil.so if they all cashed in thats another 3 mil in the company coffers. Just throwing a number out lets say they push it to .20 cents on heavy volume that could be enough to entice the warrant holders to cash in and give you a chance to take some off the table. The price most likely will be back down afterwards but the company gets more $$$ to get the chips manufactured. Just a thought.

This new event has me intrigued. Are they trying to regulate the price? Make it more liquid? Attract institutional investors?

Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (TSXV: YFI) (OTC: KPIFF), the industry leader in Wi-Fi Spectrum Slicing technology for residential and enterprise markets, announces that, subject to regulatory approval, it has engaged the services of Independent Trading Group (“ITG”) to provide market-making services in accordance with the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) policies. ITG will trade shares of the Company on the TSXV and all other trading venues with the objective of maintaining a reasonable market and improving the liquidity of the Company’s common shares.

Under the agreement, ITG will receive compensation of CAD$5,000 per month, payable monthly in advance. The agreement is for an initial term of one month and will renew for additional one-month terms unless terminated. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice. There are no performance factors contained in the agreement, and ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. Logically the only reason to review a past occurrence is for accuracy (transparency as suggested)

Edgewater had 2 releases yesterday about that AVON RIVER VENTURES news release back in February of 2024. I dont know why they are bringing that back up

I would have a big smile on my face if they came out tomorrow and said in a news release that they have completed the development of their chips and
started the delivery to their manufacturer for the construction of next gen wifi 7 routers to be on the shelves in 2025. Simple enough to understand.

Don't remember where I mentioned it, but this is one of those ambiguous phrases...to deliver: does that mean complete or start ?🤷‍♂️

TP-Link routers are among those listed as “best sellers” on Amazon, and data cited by Congress indicates as much as 65 percent of the U.S. router market belongs to the company.
Congressional leaders including Illinois Democrat Raja Krishnamoorthi, an influential House figure in the TikTok ban, say the routers are vulnerable to cybersecurity and cyberespionage aims of the government of the People’s Republic of China.
TP-Link says a separately owned company based in California, and making routers in Vietnam, sells to the U.S. market, but it is cooperating with the U.S. government to prove its technology is safe and secure.
