What's the deal with this company? Have they been reported to FINRA or the SEC? It's been around since 2018 and made all those millions during covid and is still under a penny only jumping to .11 for a few hours. The recent price movement suggests some optimism about recent financials and Q2 assumptions.

The upgrade to "Pink" on OTCmarkets is also a plus. The last financial report from Q1 showed near break-even. If Q2 shows even a small profit we could see a price surge to more than 10 cents like early this year.

Add to this what appears to be a low float and it wouldn't take much to get the price soaring.

I emailed Ricky Sitomer today regarding FY2023 financials and he replied.

He says that they will be filing financials by Friday, March 29th. This would be the same time frame as last year.

Are we seeing lift-off?

Price is now beyond the six-month high. Since there's been no news for almost a year now, I wonder what's driving the price rise? Manipulation? Insider buying? If revenues are still increasing then the market cap should be well above where it is now. Is that what some people are thinking?

Clark County expects more than 1,000 private jets to fly in to one of four airports in or near Las Vegas for the Super Bowl, likely setting a record for that form of transportation for the well-heeled.

I have to think that Star Jets International sees some kind of spike in activity for this event.

Q4 Revenue works out to about $3.8 million vs. $2 million in Q4 2021, an increase of 90%

Full-year 2022 revenue came in at $17 million vs. $11.2 million for 2021, an increase of about 52%

The only thing they badly need is an infusion of more capital to fix their balance sheet. But it looks like Ricky is working to solve that.

But you should still be left with the value of the shares before the R/S.

Given JETR's prospects I don't think that a reverse-split will have the same negative result that we usually see with penny stocks.
