Something is definitely up with ISHM. We have seen a couple of multi million share days recently .035 today, up 250%, all trades at the ask, several large blocks traded.

what's the last stock domiciled in Delaware that you ever saw a custodianship petition for?

I've never seen one from Delaware ever.

I'm not sure if that is because the state has no custodianship process for abandoned entities or if its because taxes are so much higher in Delaware that its too hard to make any money by taking over and flipping abandoned publicly traded entities.

re: the old ISHM domain

Wayback machine records show that the ISHM domain expired in 2011 and was up for sale for 6 years. Godaddy Whois records show that the domain was acquired in 2017 by somebody else (not ISHM) and the new owners of the domain never published any kind of website after acquiring it.

So all signs point to ISHM still being a dead abandoned zombie ticker.
