The people who run this company if there are any left are slime, . They all probably shorted the stock months ago and any buys now are to cover. Making a mint. Live and learn.

Is this business still alive or did everybody involved leave without saying ?

I assume that management works at something and at current pps I intend to keep my few shares and wait for either a final negative verdict or for whatever the current management may do. What is irresponsible however is that management,s behavior demonstrate a total disrespect for us shareholders.

You are correct in your assumation of this stock... Many people boo/hooed "QCOM" Which i bought at 0.91 It did 2800 % in one year! I am now sitting out in my lanai with a clear view of the ocean. I still own 100000. the price the last time i looked was $105.00.....Anything is possible..... Especially. with Penny stocks!!

After close to 3 months away from my pc, I see that nothing changed and our management (assuming we still have one) keeps us totally non informed relative to what one must assume they try to do.

Respect for shareholders is obviouly a value they do not care about and as a shareholder I now care about as much about them (knowing they do not care).

I'm now stuck with 100,000 close to worthless value but I also think the company is trying to relaunch but I do not know in what context.

I honestly think management doesn't care about its shareholders and the value of their stock. Were they somewhat responsible people, they would (WITHOUT UNDUE MISLEADING PROMISSES) issue some kind of Corporate update describing honestly the current state of the company and the plans the management does try to realise.

As in many such stocks however, management has absolutely no respect to their shareholders and informing them APPROPRIATELY is not something they do care about.

I own only 2 OTC stocks and I intend to never buy another one, this market being made from irresponsible companies managements and worst even being manipulator by some, exploiting this crazy behavior at the cost of small hopeful investors.

OTC is a crappy unregulated market and playing roulette in a casino is offering as good a reward potential (negative or positive), faster.

I was not stupid enough to bet the rent money ... Thanks God.

Best of luck to us both. Maybe a face lift to their web site might help clarify things a bit if they can do so truthfully. Clearing away all the debris, the website info looks aspirational only, but aspiring to what? Not even an outline of corporate objectives Nothing even suggesting engagement with Israeli producers or individual Sabras. There are many companies in Israel engaged in this business and a search on google turns them up. But this company barely merits a mention unless you look for it explicitly. Highly competitive market. Not much room for a foreign start-up if any. So it must be something else Maybe they plan to be importers of product. Maybe as investors in Israeli companies like in a real estate trust.

Hard to be confident with no way to really know what is going on behind the doors.
The only positives I have are:
- Recent purchase of a business
- Current market cap at just ove CDN$ 8M (US$ 6M)
- Morningstar still showing a 'fair value' of the stock at CDN $,012 (twice current pps).

Whatever goes on OR NOT behind the walls is a very well kept secret. I regret having bought these shares ... at least currently.

My research today does not inspire confidence. I investigated what was available on LinkedIn. Yana Popova is no longer CFO, as far as I can see. She no longer lists herself as associated with this company. CEO Phil Foulcault appears to spend a good deal of time on Twitter.. Mr. Chatterton looks sober enough. I hope he is doing the heavy lifting here. The NASDAQ website has no record of any company filings with the SEC. The others listed as associated with the company on its website have no recent information on LinkedIn. The company just acquired appears to have people who might assist in pushing this company forward, but I have seen no definitive information that would convince me of that. They have no online profiles. Most everyone in management is associated with other companies in "leadership" roles which suggests to me that they are corporate gad-abouts hoping that something may pop at some time or another. I don't see anyone here with current contacts in Israel. I will continue to hang on for awhile. Maybe I shouldn't judge a book by its cover. I should have done this research before I put my money up. It was throw away money anyway, but I think I threw it away. Too late.

Companies have 45 days to issue their quarterly reports and 3 months to produce their annual financials.
Why do the small listed companies always (very few exceptions) wait for the very last possible day to produce their reports. I consider that to be a lack of respect for the shareholders.

I bought 5K last year at about $.19. Still hold. I would like to buy more at these prices but there is really very little out there confirming info in recent press releases. Googling doesn't seem to help. No bios of new people, etc. I am watching closely.

That never ending situation should justify a corporate update informing the shareholders on the status of that crazy delay and what the plans of the overnment seems to be.

Personally I hold on 100,000 shares I bought back between 2021-12-20 and 2022-02-09 at an average cost of CDN $0,074.

I however have a net avg cost of CDN $0,292 considering the losses I accumulated between 2019-11-29 (first time I bought in) and 2021-12-20.

I remain hopefull and I also intend to give our new managing team 1 year or so.

Certainly looks like it but, looking at the volume recently, a lot of people seem to be bying in. Would be nice however to know where from all these shares are coming from...

Over 1,000,000 shares traded within the last 4 trading days at a growing price (between 12 and 14 cents).

As of last Nov31, we seemed to have almost no debts and our number of O/S had been fixed at more or less 145,000,000 wit a market cap of more or less $20,000,000.

At that time, Morningstar established that the fair value of the stock was about $0,26 for a market cap of $37,000,000

Finally, our new CEO issued a NR 2 weeks ago (Isracann Signs LOI to Acquire Natural Health Medicine Developer) and, if we skip the NR's announcing nominations at the management top, this was a first after 11 months (April 21 - Isracann Receives Foreign Owners License and Updates Israeli Cannabis Operations)

I effectively am one of us 2 still believing that there may be a good future for this stock but I hope, the next year to be a lot more productive than the last one.

For almost all of 2021 the only news we got allowing to think that the company wasn’t dead were that, Isracann appointed a new Experienced Farm Manager (August) and a new CEO (October).

With recent growth of pps, it's no surprise to see people taking profit (I used the opportunity to increase my base).

As I wrote earlier: '... why a press release outlining a corporate update is overdue. I wrote to our CEO requesting one.'

I did get an answer From a PR person quoting the COO and he wrote:
'the update has been completed, they are just waiting for conformation on a key piece so they can tie that into the update which will provide a more positive update'.

I do not know if I should or not believe that but AT LEAST I GOT AN ANSWER. I answer that pubishing 2 consecutive PR's:
- a first one covering the already completed update right now, then,
- a second one outlining whatever 'key piece' they wait for whenever confirmed.

Let's see what will happen short term ... if anything.

For whatever reason the market recently became somewhat more active around our stock. Since Dec. 30 (low PPS of $0,04) to today (PPS of $,085) volume did increase a lot.

Even if no one seems to read this board, I want to document herein why a press release outlining a corporate update is overdue. I wrote to our CEO requesting one.

Aug. 31, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Isracann Biosciences Inc. announces the appointment of Mr. Peleg Agayuf as Manager of Farm Operations and provides a corporate review and update of its activities in Israel. Recent activities at the Ein Hahoresh Farm include the following:

-The facility as proposed has been completed and are now fully constructed, with all related services and infrastructure installed.

-The requisite Ministry of Security and Ministry of Health inspections have been delayed but preliminary inspections were completed some time ago. Isracann has been advised that the requisite final inspections are anticipated within weeks.

-Once the inspections are concluded and approvals received, planting is allowed to commence immediately. The hiring of Mr. Peleg Agayuf brings timely oversight to start-up activities during and after the transition to operations.

-Regarding importation of products from Canada for Israel’s medical marketplace, recent Israeli regulatory rule changes impacted all cannabis importers negatively. Isracann and its local partners have utilized the time to carefully finalize a supply chain pathway. Applications are underway to secure importation rights.

-The Company’s Nir, Yisreal farm is complex due to regional issues specific to public lands. Company consultants are currently updating plans to align and comply with Settlement Commission requests.

-Isracann COO Matt Chatterton notes, “The good news is that our construction team at Ein Hahoresh continued their efforts and concluded their work at the farm and as part of our transition to commercialization we have utilized our time by increasing our processing capacity in order that we might more rapidly catch up and possibly surpass our original production expectations.

Whenever significant change can or does impact our investment, the company must update the market. Hard to believe that nothing 'significant' (except nominating a CEO) did happen within the last 5 months.

A corporate updated is now required and overdue.

Management obviously do not care and if they have any idea of any king of away for this business to survive, they probably are those buying shares like crazy these days (hiding in silence) ... assuming they are not those caputulating right now ... Volume today 309 068 dayly avg being 62 864.

Did this outfit shut down, forgetting to inform shareholders?

Wrote to the company on its internet site. I suggested that in respect for its shareholders our new president could issue a corporate update. The company did not even take time to acknowledge reception of my note.

As many, I'm stock with worthless (or almost) shares in a company that doesn't care about its shareholders, assuming they even try to create some kind of business making sense.

The new CEO has been on board for a full month as of today

As I said, It now should be appropriate for our new CEO to issue a CORPORATE UPDATE defining where we stand and what our plans are under his direction.

I however do not hold my breath, used to the corporate nonsensitivity of this company toward its shareholders.

After some time out of it, I decided to buy back in ($0,09) last week following the arrival of a new leader.

I intend to remain in for the rest of the month but if the new boss doesn't come out clean with a detailled corporate update (status and plans) by month end I will look again for an escape if pps allow doing it at no loss.

By the end of next week, the new boss will have been on board for a full month and it will then be time for him to outline where we stand and where he intends to go and how.

Today CEO Phil Floucault (Named on Oct.20) has been on board for 3 weeks (day after tomorrow).

2,5 months before his arrival (on Aug.31)
- a Manager of Farm Operations had been named
- at the Ein Hahoresh Farm the facility had been completed
- On August 31 (2,5 months ago) the requisite final inspections of the facility were anticipated within weeks
- Applications were underway to secure importation rights to deliver high quality, high potency Canadian grown cannabis to the underserved Israeli medical marketplace.
- The company was in great shape to conclude the process with government ministries and have an increased processing capacity in order to catch up and possibly surpass its original production expectations.

It now should be appropriate for our new CEO to issue a CORPORATE UPDATE defining where we stand and what our plans are under his direction.

Having sold out in July ($0,21 CDN) I bought back in today with some more shares not yet obtained (bid open till Friday)

After I sold my 150,000 shares at an avg price of $0,199, considering the company finally did show a minimum sign of life issuing a PR (Isracann Appoints Experienced Farm Manager and Updates Israeli Cannabis Operations 08/31/2021) I decide to gradually buyback in (35,000 shares) at $0,105.

I will not hold my breath but wouldn't it be nice if management had the honesty and decency to issue a corporate update of eher they come from, where they stand and what their plans are (objectives, obstacle, solutions, actions).

An honest check point news is not now just suitable, it is require if management has some respect for its remaining shareholders.

For the moment I'm out but I easily can be back in if they issue a PR describing something other than the issues they face suggesting they may take time to resolve (currently reviewing all aspect of production, delayed requisite Ministry of Security and Ministry of Health inspections, Israeli regulatory rule changes re importations, regional issues specific to public lands, And current COVID situation in Israel.

I also like this stock but till I feel progress is made relative to these issues, I may as well use my funds in closer to success businesses.

I just hope I will be back in in the right time.

I’m probably about the only one left that still likes this stock.

I never will understand executives of a companies hiding and screwing shareholders without even trying to outline what is/has been going on. Outlining the thruth cannot be worst than hiding like theifs.
