I am curious as to the news you are expecting? I am still holding and have been for awhile.... I would love to have a little hope with this one!

FOr everyone still holding on to this stock we may be in for some good times ahead seems like the board has been dead and now its just the calm before the storm and we will be heading into unchartered territory with this stock reaping very high profits

i bought this stock at 0.0001 im hoping to see 0.01 early next week and when news comes out 1.00 not sure how long we will have to wait for good news keeping my fingers crossed.

up 60 percent already I will be holding on to this stock for a while what does everyone else think??

1.00 dollar a share i see this coming up very soon and only thing is i think they might do a reverse split to tho at .50 I could be wrong regardless when it hits a 1.00 dont forget i told you first.

I am not trying to pump this stock just keeping my fingers crossed for the 1.00 waiting for them to drop the negative EPS and turn it into a positive any time now

Never got off and running as the poster was sent to I-hub jail until the 25th. Once out, I think the action will return here and in a big way, with MR behind it multiple pennys possible IMO.

This is all speculation. No PR and it went up.

No problem. I'd hate for people to speculate on it heavily if it starts moving and buy into a "mystery." There's no mystery that they sold all of their assets at that time. But who knows, maybe they were able to get more funding to start all over again. Until they come out with some concrete details, if it moves heavily, trade it only.

After some googling and skimming over their SEC filings, a few things didn't add up so I called the company that bought all their assets. Like others, I believed that they had acquired the company and I could buy IPAH and still benefit. The acquiring company's reply was to contact IPAH and ask them what happened. Then I just re-read the last SEC filing more carefully and it clearly states those facts. I hate reading those SEC filings but you see what a little reading will get ya. lol.

How did you find all that out?

The reason they have been quiet since 2008 is because most likely they are in R&D for new products or it's just a shelf corporation. They sold all of their assets for $61.6 million, including all ANDA related products, [i.e. their Effexor XR copy] to Amneal Pharmaceuticals. The company traded on the AMEX but the company was in default with Wells Fargo. To avoid bankruptcy or foreclosure by Wells Fargo, they sold everything, over 30 generic drugs down the drain, including their generic Effexor XR.

The Company will use the cash proceeds of the asset sale to (i) pay expenses incurred in connection with the asset sale (which are estimated to be $1 million) and (ii) satisfy in full all liabilities and indebtedness of the Company not assumed by the buyers (estimated to be $52.5 million), including a Success Fee of $500,000 and additional forbearance fees aggregating $275,000 payable to Wells Fargo which is payable under the Restated Forbearance Agreement if the asset sale is consummated.

The Majority Stockholders have entered into an Amended and Restated Proceeds Sharing Agreement dated as of May 1, 2008 (the “Proceeds Sharing Agreement”) which provides, among other things, that in the event that the holders of the Company’s Common Stock receive aggregate cash distributions from the Company or Amneal with respect to their shares of Common Stock of less than $3 million and the holders of Series D-1 Preferred (“D-1 Holders”) receive aggregate cash distributions from the Company or Amneal of at least $13 million with respect to their Series D-1 Preferred, each of the D-1 Holders agrees to share proceeds with all holders of Common Stock to the extent that proceeds to such D-1 Holders are in excess of $6.5 million, until all holders of Common Stock have received proceeds from the Company, Amneal and the D-1 Holders equal to an aggregate of $3 million.

The Company is not a party to, nor obligated under, the Proceeds Sharing Agreement to make any payments to the holders of any class or series of the Company’s capital stock other than as may be required under the terms of such capital stock.

Holding strong this one at these levels. It should get some more attention shortly.

I updated ibox with a new chart from a good friend of mine.

They are being awfully quite about this since 2008. Its hard to find a lot on whats going on. I will email the group to see if they want to give some insight. If you believe in the "filling gap theory" it has been filled since the breakout and bounced back beautifully. I got in around there.

I got nothing right now but watching from l2 they had a nice spread Friday to entice some selling i think the BID went down to 07 at points in the day jumped right backup with some buying pressure quick. Closed 10. I am still looking around, i keep an eye on the amneal website for updates. I will get an annotated chart for this which i will add soon before open Monday morning.

i've been watching this one recently any other info you willing to share???

My first board modd'in guys let me know what you think, dont be too harsh! Anyone in play with this. Pulled back from a high .15 when i started the board a but from a week ago but i am, thinking this baby can probably got a lot more steam in the coming weeks.
