Since June 2023, BBB started receiving a pattern of customer complaints alleging nondelivery issues. In January 2024, BBB contacted the business to obtain their position about the pattern of complaints. To date, BBB has not received a response.
We hired Synavax to install heat wraps on two different tanks in 2019. We paid a deposit of $12,992.11 which they cashed. They never called us back to schedule and they would not return our calls or emails. We have tried for almost 3 years to get our deposit returned especially since we never received the product. This is a bad company. We spoke to ****** *** many times until he received the money.
Amount paid to business: $641.13 Product purchased:CrysalShield Clear Roof Coating, 5 gallons. Estimted delivery date May 2nd 2024 Dispute nature: Business did not delivery product on time. I have called and emailed they mutlitple time with no call back or return email. When I do call I get a receptionist that says she cannot help and there is no one else I can talk to and request my information so that someone can call me back to assist.

A quick note that is in no way implying that INTK is legitimate: A few months ago I posted a question on INTKs website. The question is not important. The thing that I found interesting is that they finally answered. I can't recall ever getting a response before. Could it be that they actually have business and are finally making an effort to function as a real company? Probably not, but I thought it was worth sharing.

The OPEC board members were meeting in Vienna when they discovered an article in an obscure Russian journal that reported that Industrial Nanotech had actually provided undocumented proof that they have developed an electricity generating paint that could produce “a constant source of free energy” according to the Mr. Stuart Burchill. The press release was originally published in December 2007 and at that time Mr. Burchill stated that the electricity generating paint “is able to use a temperature gradient which create insulating layers for electric power generation costless. They are all scams and if you are gullible enough to send money, you will not receive any of the imaginary products)
As I have reported many times in many articles, these tests have very consistent results: insulating paint performs exactly the same as ordinary paint. That's why researchers have concluded that these paint salesmen are scam artists.
