Guessing we have lost our money on IMMB?
I would love someone to explain in simple layman terms what happened, if so.

“Enzolytics wants to inform its shareholders that the ownership of the Company's patented technology is held exclusively in the name of The Zhabilov Trust, with Diana Zhabilov serving as the trustee of the trust.”

The ENZC board has to be pissed after all the explanation to the Zhabilov Trust and what it contains, they(ENZC board) though Enzolytics Inc. owned ITV-1 through 4.

Right, shenanigans.

19. In sum, Mr. Savov’s motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED as to Counts I and III. Accordingly, Counts I and III are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Since Bulgaria is part of the EU, it would make sense for Immunotech Laboratories BG to fast track the testing and labs.

Short answer, maybe. 50/50 chance.

As long as they can start generating revenue for Enzolytics Inc.. But in order to generate revenue you have to have a good business plan. I have not seen the directive or a future looking statement to ease investors worries. After all this is a penny play information is very little and all cylinders don’t have to fire in order to trade on the OTC.

But the take away here is generating revenue. Especially for this ticker.

Anyone know the chances of us getting our money back on this one?

And we know what a float can do to a company if it is too large.

Then the bigger question, what is the $6million payout to IMMB for?

Enzolytics paid IMMB $3 million in 2020 and $3 million in 2021, need clarity on that money.

Was it the buyout of IMMB or all of IMMB’s assets.

And who got that money?

Maybe the reason why Savov is upset.

And if IMMB is the sole provider/producer of ITV-1, he just stands to make himself richer yet.

Any shareholder can petition the court for custodianship, so that is another path, one that might light a fire under Harry's butt if he thinks he will lose control and the true assets of $IMMB will be revealed. That may already be a growing fear. He recently filed a Certificate of Restatement in Nevada, so something has his attention.

If Dimitar is right in regard of his value of ITV-1, then there is value in IMMB. But to bring IMMB current, one of four things need to happen, voting out HZ as CEO and then electing a new CEO,
finding a reputable accounting firm that will require some money to back track all those years and then a lawyer to stamp it all. Time line, about a year for this all to get done. Unless you have the funds to make it sooner.

This will be very interesting to see how this unfolds.

Had to make it worth while his adventure(because of the amount of shares HZ has) and the availability/readiness of the Bulgarian Lab(although I don’t think it’s actually in Bulgaria, or is it?!?!).

He probably has an argument to fight back the claims in regard of Harry Zhabilov’s negotiations.

Knowing that Immunotech Laboratories, Inc.(IMMB) is still going to be the supplier for Enzolytics Inc.. Looks like someone accumulating shares quietly. Guessing Harry will have to get the filings up to date or deal with a shareholders meeting. Either way, we get transparency.

Well, sub license agreement. Still tied to them.

ENZC is filing to be upgraded to QB. And it has to be relatively close, so I am assuming that Harry is finally addressing IMMB’s status.

A lot of shadows need to be lit about what $IMMB owns. It's either the IP, or a big block of $ENZC stock from the IP transfer, if it it ever happened, as far as I can tell. But Harry has definitely been keeping us in the dark. Filings are highly welcome.

This guy is light years ahead of Harry in this industry. Charles looks to be getting there but Harry's messy past maybe taking longer than it should have. Since Harry's smear from the Ebola "mis-information" in Africa, Charles may have to clean up verbiage(a lot of it) to rectify that Enzolytics Inc. is developing a viable product for the bio-tech world.

Granted Dimiter's medicines in development is a different path than Harry's, but much further ahead. They(Curative Biotech) look to be better organized and goal oriented.

Enzolytics Inc. maybe headed down a path but direction is unclear and not specific to investors. Organized, something is missing in Enzolytics mission statement to how the team will achieve through the path.

When Enzolytics Inc. has their ducks in a row, their "unknown" contractor(IMMB) will start producing the compounds ITV1-4 and generating revenue both in a wholistic therapy for over the counter and medicinal compound for treating viruses and diseases. This should garner enough for generating revenue.

IMMB getting current- Harry has to get IMMB current, if he wants to see value($). Granted he doesn't have to abide by a lot of the rules under a PENNY stock. But if he is looking to turn a profit on his venture with IMMB that is in "control"(speculation) of ENZC. Pink Current has to be at the fore front. If he cares only about curing the world and not so much money, then we are all SOL.
