You're only HOPE NOW is to wait it out. Hope this "entity" (ticker) gets bought out & someone does something MEANINGFUL with it. The GOOD NEWS is that the O/S was NEVER BLOWN OUT so there is some POTENTIAL VALUE in the fact that the stock WILL NOT necessarily require a R/S -- although if ANY ONE OF US bought this company, we'd likely want to RESET the capital structure in order to ADVANTAGE IT! Now it's just a WAITING GAME for the remaining STUCK HOLDERS. Opportunity cost notwithstanding, the only question is HOW LONG a wait? Maybe that's what folks should be PRESSURING Marcus to do, sell the tick & move on (or face litigation for STEALING!)...

GLA! Someone is going to have to REPRESENT the interests of shareholders HERE... Otherwise, I don't see Frazier doing much of anything going forward. He should be PROPERLY 'incentivized'.... or sit & wait another 5-10yrs or so! GL. So,... NO. Not a buyer!

A quick google search indicates to me that it is still running...

One of the amazing things about Datpiff is that it owned the copyright to the mixtapes posted on it. This is some hugely valuable intellectual property. But it doesn't matter, since IDLM has sold Datpiff, and Marcus won't tell shareholders what he sold it for or where the proceeds ended up. Is it just me, or do others assume they went right into his pockets?

But the good news is that Marcus was able to use this all to finance his lifestyle while starting up his Pokemon business. And the folks from the NGLF shell probably have some nice pools and additions. We should probably have sued, but I am just not very keen on spending my time that way -- and apparently nobody else was either.

Heard Datpiff closed up..good thing Marcus sold it when he did.

Awhile back, & on NUMEROUS occasions, I suggested (mostly in private) that Marcus would likely take this company private; & wipe everyone out! Just a hunch based upon my DD, conversations & the like. He CLEARLY wasn't taking the actions to BUILD the company, & fulfill his fiduciary obligation(s) to shareholders the stock (imv). And every once in awhile I'd stop in to have a look at whether or not I was speculating correctly, on the RIGHT TRACK -- or if I should RECONSIDER taking an investment.

Lucky for me I chose to keep checking in, & was NEVER CONVINCED the CEO was moving in the appropriate direction one would EXPECT to see a company with a BRIGHT FUTURE follow... Unfortunately, some I've addressed ON THIS VERY BOARD did NOT agree with my take, my pov, & have claimed rather MASSIVE LOSSES!! We ALL KNOW that this is the "way of the OTC", as it can giveth,...& it can VERY QUICKLY & EASILY -- taketh away!

For the couple of people who have PM'd me the only option now is a LEGAL one. The CEO "delisted" the ticker, the stock, & has presumably 'taken the company private'. Any further inquiries regarding your investment with IDLM should be directed towards an attorney. Preferably one who has experience with microcap investments. He or She should be able to guide you accordingly. It's NOT the first time, & won't be the last time this has happened in the OTC.... Live & learn.

When I decided I wasn't going to sue Marcus, despite the attorney I consulted thinking there were solid grounds to do so, I sort of stopped looking at this board and stopped following how Marcus was going to shaft the rest of his shareholders.

Has IDLM gone private? Do you all now have shares in his private company? I'm curious what the next steps are, but now that they've sold Datpiff, I guess the future continues to look bleak.

I continue to be so disappointed in this investment -- sorry for those who lost money and sorry that Marcus wasn't CEO material and couldn't make this grow into something amazing.

Hiphopearly is still owned by IDLM I think. Look at the terms of use: https://www.hiphoplately.com/terms. If you want to use content or whatever, you need to contact IDLM in Leesport. HHE by itself is worth more than $120K. But there's nothing keeping Frasier from selling that and pocketing the money, so this is not IMHO a reason to buy.

I still find it unbelievable that Frasier was allowed to sucker us all in with erroneous filings and then stop communicating with shareholders entirely. Whoever in the SEC decided that this was best for shareholders might want to think again a bit harder.

Congratulations to Marcus Frasier! He has managed to drive the car so far into the ditch with IDLM that the market cap is now only $120K. I'm guessing he grabbed all the money from Datpiff a long time ago, so perhaps the $120K is justified, especially given the uncertainty about what will happen to non-reporting companies like IDLM later this month. But I never in my wildest dreams imagined that he would screw over his shareholders to the point where the entire market cap of IDLM would be only $120K.

How is someone able to dump over 100k shares without someone buying them? And, why would anyone buy idlm shares at this point in time with little hope that anything will come from them?

This one going to the greys? One would think you have to show signs of it before Sept to make it.

One further thought, you’d think his old partners (sorry, don’t remember their names) would be all over Marcus for their share, after he sold datpiff. If I remember correctly, they also held a sizable number of shares and could walk away with a chunk of change.

I really wish Marcus had people around him to pressure him into doing the right thing for once.

He really needs to offload idlm so that he can focus on what he wants to do. But, with no pressure, why would he?

Yeah, I’m not sure what to make of it all. Someone is clearly buying up shares but to what end, I do not know. And, they’ve been accumulating shares in odd block sizes totaling around 100k shares at a time.

At this point, I have a hard time seeing Marcus doing anything with idlm, publicly or privately, even though it would be in his best interest to do so.

Time will tell.

One theory I had was that perhaps someone is buying on the off chance that Marcus shuts the entire thing down and makes IDLM a private company. Shares bought at these prices could pay off handsomely if there are Datpiff proceeds to be distributed.

But that's probably a pretty unlikely scenario.

Also, I am dealing with one stock on the expert market and there can be runs there as well. In fact, the difficulty selling on the expert market means that trading can be really wild. Maybe someone is hoping for that to then run it up.

The entire market cap of IDLM at this price is only 228K. That is very, very low even if it is a bumpy road ahead.

Someone is offloading but someone else is buying. Seems like an odd time to buy, with the new restrictions coming up shortly.

You should suggest it to him. Shells are worth about $500K. This one has some very old filings, but a new owner who reverse merges in should be able to get it current solely based on the new company.

Knowing Frasier, however, he has continued to make a mess of things -- running the company through his personal pay pal account, etc.

He was sitting on a freakin fortune if he had even remotely done the right thing here -- and it would have been a win-win for him and for his shareholders.

If he doesn’t want to do anything with the company stock, why doesn’t he get rid of the company? I’d think there’d be plenty of companies interested in doing something with it and he could get another chunk of change to keep up with his trading card collection.

Yes and no. Knowing Frasier, my guess is that he just awarded himself a massive bonus so the money might be gone. There is nothing to stop him from doing this, and I don't think he would be constrained by any feelings of doing right by shareholders.

Wadi, isn’t the money from datpiff supposed to remain in IDLM? If so, wouldn’t that be a good basis for a shareholder lawsuit?
