The prices are great but I doubt that there is real CBD product in the bottles. More likely filled with vegetable oil. I don't trust the management or anyone associated with IDCN. I believed in Ken and invested in IDCN as it entered the multi billion dollar CBD industry. I was the fool. I wouldn't take their CBD oil if they paid me to do so.

I wonder how investors found their way to put money into IDCN? I'm not certain how I got here (and took a bath) but I think I was contacted by Charles D. about IDCN. More importantly, HOW MANY PEOPLE LOOK AT THE IDCN MESSAGE BOARD? PLEASE POST THE WORD "YES" ON THE BOARD SO THAT WE ALL CAN SEE HOW MANY OF US GOT STUCK WITH THIS DOG... GET IT CHARLES, "DOG".

If nothing has happened in the last two years, I don't expect anything to happen now. I live in Florida and there must be thirty places to buy CBD product within ten minutes of my home. These guys were late to the game, not sophisticated or knowledgeable about marketing skills and were unable to get things off of the ground. They probably buy their product from growers/processors and put their own label on it for resale. FAILED COMPANY, FAILED MANAGEMENT. Another Charles D. loser. He can really pick em.

Larry Kau
Mr. Kau is head of Operations Manager/Farming for Indocan Resources. He earned a BS from UW Whitewater in 1971. He then owned and operated an 800 acre dairy farm from 1972-1988. He was employed by Commerce Group Corp in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, serving as a manager to finance, acquire, and deliver mining equipment to the their gold mine in El Salvador.

Someone invested ten bucks in the stock of IDCN today. Are those in the know accumulating shares daily? This is so sad it's almost comical.

Beachsideeddy2: What do you think precipitated the move from .0001 to .0020 about six months ago? What created that move and I wonder who was buying at that level? We should have sold when we had the opportunity. Someone told me that Ken has been accumulating, but with very few shares trading I don't believe that that to be the case.

Hasn't it been obvious, to even a blind man, that IDCN was always run by charlatans?

Ken Ash may be very busy but not with anything to do with IDCN. If he had anything to say he would be posting to shareholders. This is the last penny stock that I will ever invest in. Management has made us all look like not only losers, but fools.

THANKS KEN ASH FOR THE MISERABLE, DISGUSTING RIDE. Fortunately for those who sold earlier in the year when we had a run many took that opportunity to unload their shares. Probably Ken did too. We will never know. I don't think that there are more than a dozen shareholders left.

Looks to me like we are in the process of closing shop. Lousy management that sold potential shareholders a bill of goods. Worst web site in the entire cannabis industry. Such little thought went into it and that should have been the tip off for all of us.

Management has run this company into a black hole. How embarrassing to be stuck at .0001 after reaching .0020 less than a year ago. What precipitated that run up to .0020. Did management unload their shares and leave the remaining shareholders holding the bag? Well that's what it feels like to me. WHY ARE WE NOT REPORTING? Hopefully IDCN management will make solid movements to get current asap.

We finally did it. Almost the impossible. ZERO, ZILCH, NONE, NOT ONE share traded today. I may be the only shareholder left. I wonder how many others are holding IDCN shares?

THREE HUNDRED THIRTY MILLION AMERICANS and a stock with all of the potential of IDCN only had one trade in the amount of .38 as in thirty eight cents. GUESS WE HAVE TO START GIVING THE STUFF AWAY TO ATTRACT SOME REPEAT BUYERS. How could we be in such a hot sector of the market and still be trading 0001 ?

Having read Charles' last informative post, I hope that he has had discussions with Ken Ash to insure that we will meet all of the requirements necessary to continue to accumulate or to sell stock in IDCN at will.

Ken's positive response to this new information should be made public by a post on this message board to all shareholders.

New rules will affect your ability to buy and sell “Pink No Information” securities, including at E*TRADE

On September 28, 2021, new requirements take effect that will impact the market for—and value of—certain “over-the-counter (OTC) securities” you currently hold or have held in the past. The new rules apply to “Pink No Information” OTC securities of companies that fail to publicly report and keep current financial and other company information and will restrict the ability of U.S. brokers, like E*TRADE from making these products generally available.

Some background on the new requirements

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently adopted amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11 governing the submission and publication of OTC quotations. These amendments will prohibit broker-dealers from submitting or publicly disseminating bid/ask quotations for OTC securities of issuers that do not meet enhanced information filing requirements.

Securities of issuers that make the required information publicly available by the deadline in the rule should not be affected.

What these changes mean for you

Starting September 28, 2021, you will no longer be able to buy or sell “Pink No Information” OTC securities through E*TRADE. Other restrictions related to the purchase of these securities may apply sooner. Please keep in mind that the upcoming changes will negatively affect the value of any “Pink No Information” OTC securities you hold now or in the future.

I'd be happy with 3¢ - 5¢. Yeah, sounds great, but something needs to get this jalopy started. I mean, a good first step would be to hire a real web developer that knows how to put a little margin on the left-hand side of the page.
