Management sold 74 million shares in the last year.

That's not what they were issued.

Saying it doesn’t really add up with info given. Got a few anyway to see if they will put out more information. There must be a reason they think they can have a $5 offering.

Filing also says that 74 million shares were issued to compensate management.

You think management is worth $370 million?

The OTC profiles for ICCO and its sister stock MRDH have been updated. The ICCO update includes a new accounting firm. I think things are going to get pretty interesting for ICCO/MRDH since it does now look like the chances of seeing ICCO and/or MRDH regaining current status has just significantly increased.

Assurance Dimensions (the new accounting/audit firm) currently has 12 clients. ICCO is the only one that does not have a status of "pink current" or OTCQB.

This last FDA 510(k) approval for the InterCare Vascular Diagnostics Center (Vasocor Model 300) now meets both the primary (detection of Coronary artery disease) and secondary (evaluation of peripheral vascular disease) objectives for the device.

Furthermore, this new approval also included the ENDogram and the Vasogram technologies which is proprietary, in addition to the ABIgram and PADogram, which are already a common clinical procedure.
