I've been looking for updates on the Georgia plant all I find is their Giga Arctic plant in Northern Norway. Temps dropped up here in the northland. Maybe find info this weekend I signed up for email alerts

Great video with much info..Chinas role and Georgia being a perfect place for Fryer giga battery plant..They have been financed by Ensorcia, as well as Ensorcia is IBATs 2nd largest shareholder & financer ..The connection is there..and the dots are beginning to connect.US must take over China in controling too much the lithium battery market as they have been..and I see the swing to the US production of precious metals..Lithium in particular as we move towards lower carbon emissions for the future generations to come..Trump should bolster the US mining industry...Taxing Chinese
imports will help lithium prices imo...but future of IBAT certainly looks good..More DLE plants likely to be built with DLE tech leasing contracts for IBAT for sure...these are just an opinion ..I am not an expert what so ever..A optimist yes I am..Go IBAT!

Forgive me if I sound a little bias here, but it sounds that in less than a year after Exxon Mobil bought the Galvanic Energys 120,000 acres of Smackover brine fields from CEO Brent Wilson, that they are using DLE..IBATs DLE Tech to produce high grade battery lithium already to market..Seems like they are using IBATs DLE tech to me?? if I may seem to bold to say..Every is so quiet about the perfect match of the smackover brine with Burbas pattented MDLE that only requires 1.3 hectars of land with the absorbent being discussed as well in that video of Exxon...Logical or not ? after IBATS tech was so highly confirmed by independent expert analysis by SLR on IBATS testing of many brines at that St.Charles first DLE plant..I might be wrong but IBAT might have leased that tech to Exxon Mobil..but we will be the last to know..but something has got to give in a pr sooner than later..exciting news in the near future IMO.

Tesla's refinery does spodumene which is coming fom Sayona in Canada. Rumor is they could do brines later others say it will be lithium clays. We will get those answers this year.

Great link Trader and Co...IBATs patented absorbent material can refreshed with more added fibers so that the original absorbent material(s) is back to close to original state ..Thus full replacement of the absornent material does not need to be..This is just what I read a whiles back from Burba...IBATs absorbent went thru the grind with US Mags highly contaminated brine..and passed with flying colors..It was a highly compromised brine.IBAT delivered a large amount of battery grade lithium to US Mag.IBAT did not get paid for that lithium,(not good lol), but set the stage for a very positive US Magnesium White Page Report on the results accomplished there. The absorbent material added increased the cost there, but one could not think that if the price of lithium was up a bit back earlier, that the IBAT plant would still be there producing battery grade high grade/ revenue..Since then US Mag has laid off 10,000 workers..Maybe they will come back in future when lithium prices go up..IBATs Burba has been improving absorbant material for over 40 years back to the sale to FMC in Chile, which has successfully been operating since back since 80s ??..burba was working with William Baldwin at Dow when that sale to FMC occured...Burba has come a long way since then...this post is for my opinions on my findings, but forgive me if im a little off..

Agree with the New Years being bright! I also believe with what was said by the boss of AZL/ Prairee webinar..that with financing in the first quarter of 2025, that production of lithium would be acheived by years end..cant do that unless you can build a plant on those well pads in sasquatch 353,000 acres of high grade lithium in the brine, and thats fine..IMO..IBAT will secure that Prairee Project with a contract.IBAT also hired Prairee engineer Don Bender..Looks like once AZL gets financing,IBAT will get a contract at least with AZL.I was right about that contract customer in the western Us being Utah US Magnesium...Lots of you thought the same opinion back then also..So $omething is cooking...and IBAT is Good Looking..IMO other deals with major companies will happen as well..Smackover and over seas..IBAT is first and foremost as of now..DLE is the future in lithium production.Trump will help bolster that.IMO..

China is banning the export of Gallium and Germanium to the US. Both elements are known to be present in Brine in varying small amounts. Wonder if Burba's DLE.units are one trick ponies or if it would be possible to have in-line filtration units?
First unit filters out the Lithium...second Gallium...third Germanium and then the depleted brine is returned to the water table. Don't know if they'd be able to find brine that has high enough concentrations to make extraction by this method cost effective. Probably should stick with lithium for now.

TerraVolta Resources (“TerraVolta”) is one of the largest lithium rights stakeholders in Texas.
TerraVolta has assembled a substantial acreage position in East Texas with rights to produce lithium
entrained in brine in the Smackover Formation. TerraVolta has been building this position since early
2022 and was one of the first operators in Texas taking leases that targeted lithium contained in brine.
These leasing efforts continue today, as TerraVolta is actively leasing acreage to support multiple
facilities in East Texas. TerraVolta utilizes direct lithium extraction, a process that involves selectively
removing lithium ions and molecules from a brine solution. This technology ensures high production
with minimal environmental impact by requiring less land and water than traditional lithium recovery
methods.
TerraVolta would like to thank the Railroad Commission of Texas (the “Commission”) for its
work developing the proposed new Section 3.82 of Volume 16 of the Texas Administrative Code and
corresponding revisions to ancillary statewide rules (the “Proposed SWR 3.82”). From the draft, it is
clear that Commission staff has worked diligently to draft a rule that could enable operators and

I. Comments on Clarification of Proposed Rule’s Scope
We respectfully request a clear statement regarding the exclusion of Rule §3.81 operations
from the scope and requirements of Rule §3.82. Specifically, we seek clarification that Class III
wells, as defined under Rule §3.81, are intended solely for operations related to extraction of brine
by the solution of a subsurface salt formation, while brine production projects and Class V wells
under Rule §3.82 are explicitly focused on the extraction of brine from naturally occurring aquifers
and the reinjection of fluids post-mineral extraction. This distinction is critical to ensure proper
regulatory compliance and avoid confusion when applying the rules. Furthermore, we request
specific clarification that the requirements under §3.81 and §3.82 do not apply to the injection of
fluid for the purpose of leaching a cavern for the underground storage of hydrocarbons.
A clear understanding of the applicable operations and scenarios will help provide greater
certainty for project operators and ensure that both classes of wells, extraction of brine operations
and leaching of caverns for underground hydrocarbon storage are appropriately enforced under the

after wayching that webinar with heads of AZL, I was already despositing funds to invest in AZL..They are ready , set, Go and will secure financing to produce high grade lithium bi before the end of 2025.I also believe the dle that they will use is IBATs..Who can build a dle withing a year or less that can be upscaled to produce alot more than 6 mt...Thats IBAT..Just an opinion but im now buying at least a measilly $1000 worth of AZL.I believe they are poised to do alot more than .012..
