I know someone who is going through a stem cell procedure for a very bad back situation. At this point in time this person is now walking upright and in NO pain.
The doctor who developed this procedure tried to get it through the FDA and could not. My guess is that the FDA being supported by big pharma made sure to protect big PHARMA and the hospitals from losing big money if it was approved. It is a shame the FDA is so corrupt but they are. They have failed many small companies that have Covid products that work but they fail them to protect big Pharma, Ask our past president he knows.

FOR MY PROTECTION -----this is all my opinion

Not a bad quarterly report for a small company sitting on its hands waiting on all kinds of reports and cash to carry them into 3rd qt. As far a reverse split I see no other way for them to get back to meeting NASD qualifications. They could partner with another company or be taken over by another but now that is very highly unlikely in my opinion.

The BOD wants a 1:20 reverse split (I said "NO"). This company is going down the toilet.

The warrants have an exercise price of $0.425 per share of common stock, will be exercisable commencing six months and one day following the date of issuance for a period of five and one-half years from the date of issuance.
