When I got my last proxies recently -several of them - I voted against and hand wrote FIRE MANAGEMENT on all of them so they both served as votes and nastygrams.

The good news is that I avg down on the turd and --- not sure if you noticed but --- they took the stock from .45 cents on Wed of last week to over $8 bucks on this Monday.

What a gift!

I just looked over their year end call report -- they managed to lose a couple a million bucks.

My thoughts are that within a dime or two, the bank's pps will pretty much look the same 10 years from now.

Well, you're probably correct in your assessment. They don't appear to be very shareholder friendly. I have some shares. I just received a proxy. I voted AGAINST and hand wrote on it ASSH0LES!

Hi Lazarus. No, I do not hold any shares of HRBK. For just a brief moment I thought there might be some potential with this bank but after talking with an officer, I can't remember which one, I changed my mind. They just didn't seem to be very knowledgeable to me. Also, it took me three or four calls to get the AS and OS from them. To be very frank, I had pretty much forgotten about this bank but I do guess that it is worth another look.

Please forgive me for not responding sooner. I was on the coast over the last few days and very busy trying to catch Moby Dick. Although I didn't catch that big white fish, I did catch a 32 inch shark. I let the little devil go when he promised not to nip any one in the butt. I assume he'll keep his word. LOL

The employees at the bank were a little easier to get along with today for whatever reason.

It will be interesting to see what the 4th quarter report has to say.

A short while back, when I first began to investigate HRBK, I called both the bank and the transfer agent in an attempt to get the correct OS and AS. I couldn't get anyone to tell me from either place. I'm glad you jogged my memory about this bank. I think I'll try and get those numbers again today.
