Maybe the Canadian court will rule for investors to get a small percentage of what was left after all of the reverse splits.

Of course, since there is no company money left, and with the court's time needing to be paid, the first ruling would trigger a second ruling resulting in the court requiring all HALO investors to send to the court an amount equal to, but not less than, the total of what each investor lost.

The biggest non-producing asset got tossed out on his asset.

Too late to help shareholders - they've become bagholders.

The ranch is probably the most valuable non-producer. It should still be attractive to MSO's wanting to enter or expand in California IF legalization ever comes to fruition. Of course, even though WE paid for it, WE wouldn't get a cent out of it.

The Portland distribution center may be generating small revenue, but with Oregon's hemp and cannabis markets shrinking faster than a cold pecker, it is no longer necessary as I don't see expansion into the Portland area happening anytime soon. Therefore that useless property should be offloaded.

Two Budegas are open, but really - who even cares anymore?

McDonald's used to employ a thief that ran around stealing hamburgers. He was easy to spot in his black-and-white "convict" getup complete with mask and cape.

Halo also employed a thief. He was harder to spot in his light-bulb-wearing-a-button-down-shirt-trying-not-to-look-like-a-complete-tool disguise. By the time he was spotted in the WHERE'S THE CROOK picture book, it was too late.

This CONpany's new strategy (and something they should have been concentrating on three years ago) is to focus on "near-term profitability" instead of buying every shiny bobble the retarded CEO laid his eyes on.

Have you checked your adjusted cost lately?

I don't see how you could possibly be happy with a combined total of $1.20.

My cost of each Halo share is $70.60.

No way in hell would I be happy with anything less than 70 AKAN shares for every 1 Halo share! Even that wouldn't make me happy, it would only placate me.

Don't expect AKAN to stay up for long (if it stays up more than 4 hours, call a doctor ).

I read today that pot stocks are surging because Dems plan to introduce a new legalization bill next week. But it's gonna die in the Senate.

I wouldn't call a stock that was $4-$30 a few months ago and rose slightly to $1.08 today to be "surging."

And it seems Halo didn't get the memo.

I cared last year when I had over 600k shares of Halo around 10¢ PPS.

Last year I should have received a sizable amount of Tek shares.

But now I own 569 Halo shares with an adjusted PPS of $70.60.

What good would 569 shares of 78¢ Akanda stock do me? The combined value of both is $1 right now.

What good would 569 shares of Tek do for me even if shares were $5?

It's a lost cause unless someone files a class-action fraud suit.

It takes a conscience to feel remorse.

Dickwad has never shown an iota of concern for investors and I doubt he's capable of empathy or shame.

Like another notorious scumbag who's been in the news a lot since 2021, I'm sure he thinks he did nothing wrong and bears no responsibility for the havoc he wreaked while in office.

Unfortunately, I don't believe he'll have difficulty finding employment - he knows lots of people in the biz. Maybe not as CEO, but potentially a board member.

He can show significant growth during his reign at Halo, despite that growth coming at the expense of the shareholders who funded it.

Investors have been treated like slaves - they were used to build the pyramid and received nothing but a brutal lashing in return.
