ASU was not paid in full and the 7 stage research was halted due to HALB lack of funds.
All provisional patent applications have expired and what they are left with is what Dr. Felder/Marv Enterprises brought to the table.

Halberd Corp did research at the Arizona State University, resulting in 1 full US patent, 7 joint non-provisional patent applications and 10 international PCT / provisional patent applications.
