Excited about what is to come with Guyana Gold Corp. Looks like a new President & CEO is taking over via Merger and they have an Operating Lithium, Lead, Zinc & Silver mine that will be revenue reporting millions of dollars. Yeah, even half of the projected $45M-$60M would be great. No timeline mentioned on site launches, but nice to see them put out something to bring some attention.

I'm waiting to see Cooleys name taken off OTC Markets. That could also deter people from buying now.

Yeah it'd be nice to get a mention on the share cancellation, but really a mention of any kind would be nice. Some people don't even realize it's in his hands now and it'd be nice to get some fresh eyes on it. It's incredibly cheap for anyone looking to get in, but I know some are going to hesitate tying up funds until Frank moves on it.

Good thing is that GYGC is ready to go with a merger. Share cancellation news would be epic that would cut the OS in half. I thing this was being loaded over the past few weeks. Hopefully hear something sooner than later.

Yeah Cooley burned a lot of people on !FAN and finished off anyone still supporting him with his F8CD stunt. Just glad this isn't in his hands any longer.

Frank's supposed to have a conference next Thursday (01/13) about all of his tickers. Maybe he will mention GYGC, but he does have a lot of irons in the fire so he may just be working to get them current for the time being.

Thank goodness this is out of Cooley's hands now. I've got no problem with a decent RM or acquisition that just takes time and causes temporary price fluctuations, but what has gone down with F8CD is just really unnecessary and unfortunate. All that effort to clean up the shell only to dirty it up in a few weeks time. Hopefully Frank gets us something decent here.

So another one I'm in, TNB1, is getting 67% of its O/S canceled as I'm sure some have seen. With the hefty cancellation expected on GYGC it'd be nice to see some success on that one to hopefully reflect the potential here.

I don't know much about Frank but it does seem he's stretched thin, especially with many of his tickers being on Expert Markets. However, I am intrigued that Krisa sold or otherwise transferred GYGC to Frank. Why? We were told about a merger, by the end of the year.

I lightly expect this still to happen. And nothing is being said so that they can quietly cancel the 100m shares without doing ANYTHING to trigger the transfer agent. That part might be sensitive. Not sure why the wording didn't work for them when Krisa had it.

Frank’s tickers were more targeted for some reason. Others dropped too but not to the same extent. I would have loved if Krisa kept the ticker and found a real merger rather than it going to Frank and being parked with his other 20 plus companies he has. The least Frank could have done for us share holders is tweet out he got GYGC and is working on finding a merger. Confirm he is working on the share cancellation. He hasn’t done so. He has tens of tickers that he rarely mentions. My worry is GYGC gets parked along with CCWF, NHLG, NSPT, TMXN and many more of Frank’s tickers.

With the right catalysts this thing can really move. And I've seen Franks tickers have some sweet runs.

I'd imagine the drop here is likely just sympathetic to the drop of the OTC markets as a whole and nothing to do with Frank.
