It's not just Fidelity. No US broker allows buys on an EM ticker from what I've heard. Canuckleheads can though.

Ah, yes, I see now. It's in the iBox under his personal X account. What's embarrassing is that there are also so many dead accounts from all the product failures. As well as websites. After annihilating his shareholders with the R/S, the market cap is pretty low with the reduced O/S. That's one "positive", eh? 😉 Now, if he can manage to get off the EM, he might attract the flippers here.

I don't believe they have product to sell. I couldn't find any a couple years ago. I'm just curious to see why they did a R/S at this point. Maybe it's in preparation for selling the ticker. The SS is the only good thing about the ticker. But then, it's Expert Market so there'll be work to do to make it viable.

If someone "knows" something or even if some group is going to try and run it, you should know by the end of next week, I would think. But if Friday comes and there's no news release, I would worry about the money I put into it.

As to the price action you're seeing, it's difficult to discern what it means seeing how retail can't buy while on the Expert Market.

What is happening here is perplexing. I've never heard of a company doing a reverse/split while on the EM. It's strange how that can even be approved and effected. Price action is moving steadily upward on relatively low volume. I'm very curious to see what happens...

There's no way anything he say will be beneficial to current shareholders who were apart of the reverse split. I now have less than 3k shares and need the SP to hit 50$ to make any money here lol we are all cooked and that guy is terrible

At least it served the purpose of having more shares to sell. And unlike having the stock tank from $.50 where I expected it to be, back to $.0001, it can "only go up from here". LOL I can't believe I just said that!

But with now there only being 6,098,876 shares in the O/S and a market cap of $1830, the flipper/traders might be interested in the ticker. But first, they'll have to wait for it to get off the Expert Market. Which begs the question why there's even trades happening, since retail can't buy.

Your logic is sound. No amount of mathematical gymnastics on my part can make any sense of the recent price action relative to the extremely low share price post reverse/split. It still being stuck on the EM doesn't help any since transparency is basically nonexistent there. All I know is that I now have 950 shares with an average of $3.31, and I'm not very happy about that, LOL.

A different stock, $TXTM, spiked a bit after leaving the EM, so who knows what could happen to this stock over time. I still don't understand how a reverse/split can even be approved and effected on an EM stock.

I am totally confused by what's happened here.

The stock did a R/S at 1:5000 and the O/S was adjusted accordingly. Went from 30,494,218,412 to 6,098,876 just like it was supposed to. Fine.

BUT, the sp is still triple digits when it should have been adjusted at $.0001 by a factor of 5,000 which should have put the sp at $.50. But it seems that instead, the sp was adjusted at some other extremely low sp. Not even $.000001 is low enough to account for the sp being where it is now. The first trade I see on the 21st was at $.002. Now it's in the trip.

Can anyone tell me where my logic has gone awry?

1st time in my 50 years of trading that I have had one of my Expert Market stocks come back to life. My 23,000 shares turned into 4 shares. I may buy more. Looks like only 6 million out could that be correct?
