GSV Inc (EM) (GSVI)

I'm expecting a pull back here with profits moving into FORW and WNFT next week... It only makes sense unless of course, GS announces a merger. Otherwise, we're sitting on a massive MC (45m) compared to the others. All we have is just a name change and 12% share reduction to excite us. That enthusiasm won't last as long as the others continue to look so cheap.

"Summons and Complaint": A summons is a written notice, which usually is accompanied by the complaint, notifying the defendant and the court that the complaint has been served on all relevant parties and listing the date of the first court appearance for the lawsuit.

This was done April 28 as it relates to INCA HEMP LLC and George Sharp.

Wednesday May 5 would be the first date after 4 full (business) days would have passed. That's the latest IMHO that the judge would sign if given no reason not to (as he stated himself): "This court intends to sign the proposed order 4 business days after Plaintiff's counsel files the notice of compliance, unless persuaded otherwise."

Buckle up.

Has anyone ever tried contacting the company or investor relations? They also haven't filed since 2008 I believe was the last time. What is new with the company?
