On August 12, 2019, Chemesis International Inc., a British Columbia corporation (“Chemesis”) entered into nine (9) separate share exchange agreements with certain shareholders of GSRX Industries Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), including all the Company’s officers and directors, to exchange the Company capital stock owned by such individuals in exchange for common shares of Chemesis. Sorry, I have been around more than a few days. Of course they say they are not involved, but who hired Red Chip? They are a legit group of promoters, but promoters none the less.

You would be surprised how many people are ignorant enough to respond to spam. If not all those Nigerian Princes who are looking for a US partner to help them get the $9.5 million dollars caught up in litigation to a bank account in the US would not be around

The email lists these spammers use are NOT FREE and the servers they send them from are NOT FREE. The misspelling and the grammar are techniques used to try and break through spam filters.

If the company is not responsible all they would have to do is order a Shareholder list from the Transfer Agent, or a NOBO List from Broadridge, or a Security Positions Report from DTCC.

Or, they could simply look at the stock issuances they they have signed off on ... BINGO!

I agree the email spammers are too much. GSRX management would not hire some 3rd world country stock promoter who can’t spell or translate from whatever their home language is. I can’t tell you who is doing this or what their motivations are but GSRX obviously isn’t involved. If they were, the emails wouldn’t be frought with spelling and grammar errors... and these emails just are complete jibberish. Just my opinion but the management of GSRX are educated, and successful business people building a pretty interesting business. If they were behind some promotion effort it would be an effort that was done well to actually spread interest in their organization, not suspicion IMO.

Who knows what is motivating that spammer, but likely trying to get the stock pumped up for shorting...who knows.

Just continue to watch the stock IMO. Read the public filings - 10-Qs and 8-Ks. At some point this low vol stock will gain attention if the fundamentals continue as projected. Watch what happens quarter after quarter regarding revenue, profitability, if their patents get approved, etc.. I'm not saying anything predictive about this stock, just that that email spam is unauthorized and there are early signs of decent things brewing and that one
might want to pay attention to this name... put it on your watch list and pay attention to news/updates and future quarterly results and stay curious. Thx-
