This company is a scam. All of their "revenue" is just the same small group of people moving money around in a circle to produce the appearance of a revenue stream/income until the stock price goes up and they can sell their shares. Bombshell, PERA, etc. aren't "real" acquisitions - it's all insiders and share holders trying to enrich themselves at the expense of investors. Classic pump and dump scheme. Don't fall for it.

This company was originally a cannabis company, offering real estate services to the cannabis industry. They have recently divested all of their cannabis holdings and are focusing on fin tech and have bought two companies which they will then turn them into profitable enterprises and then sell them.

Can someone tell me what's with this company? Their website is useless they don't list any companies they own or have relationships with they don't answer calls or respond to e mails? The stock has no volume Is this a scam?

GRWC finally out of the red for my investment anyway. Even though they are divesting out of cannabis and into fintech, they are still moving up with the cannabis stocks as of late. Looking forward to earnings report this quarter showing For bombshell technologies and the public employees retirement fund they also bought.

I think the quarterly earnings are out on the 19th of November, if they do like last year. Hoping to hear some news as it's been very quiet since the new CEO is there. They are also moving out of the cannabis sector and into the Fin-tech sector where they have significant experience. Hoping the share price stays above 1$ as well.

Looking forward to see Grow Capital's earnings and results of recent acquisitions of Public Employees retirement fund. Also, there doesn't seem to be any press about the new CEO, as Bonnette has now moved to Bombshell technologies to ramp up their sales.

Reverse split complete. Had seen another press release about another company they are buying, but can't find it now. I think this stock holds promise, as they just bought Bombshell Technologies, and the Public Employees Retirement fund. It's just a matter of time before they start turning a profit. Plus, the reverse split gets them above $1/share which is better for investors.

Crazy drop today. Bought in. Doesn't look like it will take much buying for it to bounce back.

The company's 100% owned subsidiary, WCS Enterprises LLC ("WCS"), which in turn owns the ten-condo building at 722 W. Dutton Road, Eagle Point, Oregon has been sold to a private buyer for $782,450.00. The buyer paid for the purchase by transferring 8,693,889 shares of GRWC's common stock owned by the buyer to GRWC.

"Today's sale of the facility in Eagle Point is an important indicator to our stakeholders that GRWC is following through on our commitment to focus on the FinTech space," said CEO Jonathan Bonnette.

In August 2018, the company announced retiring the mortgage debt on the property. This was a first step to relinquishing the property and its condo rental operations.

The last and final asset not related to FinTech that is owned by GRWC is also for sale. The campground "Smoke on the Water" located in Selma, Oregon on beautiful Lake Selmac is listed for sale with a Coldwell Banker agent in Oregon.

Over the last two years the company has rebranded itself with a new name, logo and website. It has secured new management in a new CEO, CFO, consultant, and board members while moving its headquarters from Oregon to a Nevada site located in the greater Las Vegas area. The company also renewed its commitment and accountability to stakeholders.

GRWC announced its intent in 2018 to move away from its former businesses, and, in turn, to launch new business operations in the financial services and technology sector known as "FinTech."

How obvious does that statement show that they never intended to be a Cannabis company. How do any of you (other than trying to screw someone else for an escape plan) support this POS?
