Are they going to be able to make $$$ now? Who knows. But the cap structure is cleaned. If they manage to find revenue, stock could take off again. The vehicle is gassed up and ready to go!

After 1st read of the annual report, all the Preferred shares B - G, were converted & cleaned up on the mgmt change. The A shares remain but they can't convert.

No convertible debt on the field. The Walgreens loan has been settled.

About 500,000 warrants active but those are modest in comparison to our just under 27M outstanding shares.

Still very uncertain our product(s) will ever take off but the books & share structure appear clean. Mozel tav.

They dropped the Annual Report. Guess what? We're still a small financial unstable & unprofitable company. Ha! Financial metrics improved slightly YoY. About 10M new shares over 2025. Hard to keep track of the Preferred Shares traunches, which account for most of the new common shares (conversions).

Since the annual report dropped, followed by a management certification (first time seeing that), the Pink Limited sign should go away in a couple days. We'll see what 2026 has in store and what Mark Schaftlein can do with $GLUC.

I do love the graph and the consolidation and then the next up. Any thoughts on what this may level off at with no new news or reports? Also does anyone know when the next earnings report may be scheduled? Last i saw was October but i know that it is not formal system given OTC status... thank you.

Looks like we may be at the start of a new buying trend again. It'd be marvy to see a new higher-high.

We're about to find out if sales were limited because of existing debt, financing, cash flow problems, etc. were the problem or there just isn't the demand.

No idea who is leading the sales team.

Okay, so you beleive sales were limited because they couldn't make enough product and now that they have financing, sales will fix themselves? Who's leading the sales organization? 

A lot of the bagholders have been here since $0.10, rode the wave up to $9, and then watched it crash back to Earth over a few years.

The float is about ~10M shares. By that metric alone, there can't be too many bagholders.

The business model is what the business model has always been: underwhelming. Murray (old CEO) couldn't find cost effective financing which is why the business withered? The question now becomes, with new mgmt and capital readily available, can the business model and product become something?

Revenue for the last 5 quarters has not exceeded $100k. Negative gross margin in 2 of the last 5 quarters. Has not had positive net income in the last 4 years in any of the quarters.

What makes them think the new product will be successful? The fact that it is pre mixed basically? I do like microcap investors buying stocks but I feel that there may some bag holders here in a couple years. If you're making money that's great! I will wait for positive news on sales.

Wish I'd had more cash on hand when it did

I haven't been paying attention. Debt was converted to shares today. $225K note converted to 1.8M shares. Couple weeks back, the Preferred shareholders converted their shares to common shares. So, the share structure is clean at about 30M shares, as well as no debt. New product released today. If the business can take-off, the share structure is also primed to take off.

They will never change. I have watched this stock for 10 years. You have a group that manipulate this stock and should have been in prison by now.

I would say I've never sold any shares, but the early COVID run up was insane and I did sell what little I had then. Since then my position has been rebuilt.
Your viewpoint is understandable and without some news / results in the next month or two this probably comes back down to the .10 range. Short term I'm betting on the board and management to raise funds, sales & distribution. Personally It feels like this is a ready to drink product company, not a powder company in the long run.

I think crazyflavor is correct. It's insider buying. Pumping up the stock price a bit before doing a capital raise and see where this company can go if properly capitalized.

Gotta be honest Murray is great, but I don't love this plan for new management.
They've been marketing this as though the only people who need this are old people. They've need a fresh spin w/ someone like Lizzo & an organic social media campaign that makes sense.
