Gatekeeper Systems Inc (PK) (GKPRF)

Got out at $2.13 last week and don't know when to get back in. I guess it will melt down until another contract is announced. I don't know what they have in the pipeline as far as bid submissions go.

The consistent flow of contract wins is pretty remarkable. The company is also rumored to be involved in/pursuing two large contracts valued at $70m and $100m. Would be amazing even if we don't get the full slice.

I haven't put thought into that for this stock. They are a Canadian company (Ticker is GSI.V) listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and they report like they're supposed to.

Looks to be great news. Are you concerned that they are classified as Pink Limited on OTC? Where are they on issuing financial statements?

Big win for the school bus segment of their business (and big win for us of course).

For sure. It's looking for $1.50. Higher volume. Thinking about going in heavy. Current basis is exactly $1.00.

This could cool down a little near term considering the recent run up...then again this one is rapidly gaining followers.

Patience is key here. I would recommend looking at Gatekeeper's website for their 10/2024 Investor Presentation. Hope to see some momentum as we head towards December.

Federal Railroad Admin will require the installation of inward- and outward-facing image recording devices. Although this has a compliance deadline three years from now, this still represents a big opportunity for Gatekeeper, especially since they have an existing relationship with SEPTA.

No borrowed money debt, $16M working capital - $8M w/ TD Bank unused, $10M cash, operating income increasing/positive net operating margin, etc..

Could get interesting

Average vehicle (bus) sale is $3-$8K/vehicle. Average train sale is $20-$30K/train.

I watched the CEO video today and bought some shares! Like it a lot.

Is their backlog big enough to support growth? It seems light compared to their revenue. But I have no feel for this one yet other than the TTM numbers look very good.
